★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desisti dos exames. Estava com hora marcada e de jejum, retirei a senha e aguardei 30 minutos sem ser chamado. Saí de lá e marquei no cdb.
 I gave up on the exams. I had an appointment and I was fasting, I removed the password and waited 30 minutes without being called. I left there and marked the cdb.

Atendimento na recepção ruim, funcionários não são treinados. Cada paciente que ia até o guichê ficava em média 25 minutos - o que gera muita espera.
Lugar apertado e desorganizado. Na frente tem 4 vagas de estacionamento.
Esperei 30 minutos, para no final dizerem que não passava meu convênio ( o convênio passa na rede lavosier, mas não nessa unidade).
Somente dois guichês de atendimento, 1 é preferencial e o outro atendimento a público geral.
Escolhi a unidade pela proximidade da minha casa, mas no fim precisei ir ao Salomãozoppi que nunca tem erro (em jejum de 12 horas)
Experiência só ratificou como esse lavosier é ruim!
Terrible.
Bad reception, staff are not trained. Each patient who went to the window spent an average of 25 minutes - which generates a lot of waiting.
Cramped and disorganized place. In front there are 4 parking spaces.
I waited 30 minutes, in the end to say that my agreement did not pass (the agreement passes through the lavosier network, but not in this unit).
Only two service windows, 1 is preferred and the other is open to the general public.
I chose the unit due to the proximity of my home, but in the end I had to go to Salomãozoppi, who never has an error (fasting for 12 hours)
Experience only confirmed how bad this lavosier is!

Estou gravida e fiz o exame de risco fetal no dia 16 de outubro, o resultado era pra sair dia 1 de Novembro e até agora dia 3 de novembro nada de resultado e muito menos de previsão para sair!!
São 18 dias pra liberar um resultado de um exame que quem ja foi mãe vai entender a apreensão em esperar esse resultado!!
O laboratório não da a mínima satisfação ou explicação em relação ao atraso do resultado!!
Se vc quer ter dor de cabeça e passar nervoso vá ate essa unidade ou qualquer uma da Lavosier pq lá ninguem esta preocupado com você!!
Lack of TOTAL Empathy!!!
I'm pregnant and I took the fetal risk exam on October 16th, the result was to be released on November 1st and so far, on November 3rd there is no result, much less a prediction to be released!!
It takes 18 days to release a test result that anyone who has been a mother will understand the apprehension of waiting for this result!!
The laboratory does not give the slightest satisfaction or explanation regarding the delay in the result!!
If you want to have a headache and get nervous, go to this unit or any one of Lavosier because there nobody is worried about you!!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I TAKEN A COVID EXAM ON THE 04/01/2022 THEY DID NOT DELIVER ON TIME. COMPLAINED, IT DOESN'T WORK. LACK OF CONSIDERATION, OF RESPONSIBILITY. DOES NOT MEET THE EXAM RESULT DATE. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE...... LACK OF COMMITMENT TO HEALTH, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE.... THEY MADE ME A IDIOT ALL THE TIME....

Terrible service, without any agility, they don't follow the passwords, people are passing in front who are arriving for the exam, I hated it, horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho super estranho ser mal avaliado por alguns pq já fui 3x fazer check up, inclusive exames ginecológicos e fui muito bem atendida. É limpo, não é cheio , atendimento ótimo, no horário marcado , desde o guichê, que são super atenciosos. Os médicos , as técnicas e enfermeiras estão de parabéns, são super cuidadosos e atenciosos. Faço meus exames todo ano nesse laboratório . Os resultados também, saem rapidinho no site, nunca tive problemas.
I think it's super strange to be poorly evaluated by some because I've been to check up 3 times, including gynecological exams and I was very well attended. It's clean, it's not crowded, great service, at the appointed time, from the counter, who are super attentive. The doctors, technicians and nurses are to be congratulated, they are super careful and attentive. I do my exams every year in this lab. The results also come out quickly on the website, I've never had any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é razoavelmente bom. O estacionamento em frente tem um declive acentuado o que pode impor dificuldades na hora de estacionar e as vagas são apertadas. O local é pequeno, não é uma unidade grande.
The service is reasonably good. The parking lot in front has a steep slope which can impose difficulties when parking and the spaces are tight. The place is small, not a big unit.
