★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meus convites de casamento e gostei muito do resultado final, a única parte um pouco desgastante é a edição do material, que é feita por e-mail e muitas vezes a pessoa do outro lado não entende o que você quer dizer. Isso nos fez gastar um pouco mais de tempo do que imaginamos até chegar na versão final do convite.
Também achei o preço das caixas e de outros itens de papelaria bastante elevado, por isso não foi possível fechar estes itens com eles.
No mais são muito profissionais e cuidadosos com tudo até a entrega final.
I made my wedding invitations and I really liked the final result, the only part that is a little tiring is the editing of the material, which is done by email and often the person on the other end does not understand what you mean. It took us a little more time than we thought to get to the final version of the invitation.
I also found the price of boxes and other stationery items to be quite high, so it was not possible to close these items with them.
In addition, they are very professional and careful with everything until the final delivery.

Recebi elogios de todos os convidados quando recebiam o convite. Visitar a loja papel estilo é estar no paraíso dos casamentos. Na minha visita a loja, além do convite, contratei o Conceito Bar (sucesso total na festa) e os bem casados da Oficina do Açucar!! Só tenho a agradecer a todos da papel estilo que tornaram meu casamento um sonho realizado com grande estilo!
I made my wedding invitations with this company and they were sensational, in addition to all assistance from creating the art to the printed invitations. I received compliments from all the guests when they received the invitation. Visiting the paper style store is to be in the paradise of weddings. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência horrível desde o inicio e o pós venda foi pior, total falta de profissionalismo e descaso, foi o pior serviço que contratei para o casamento. Fui pessoalmente escolher todos os detalhes do convite e assim foi feito e pagar. Foi dado o prazo de 20 dias úteis para entrega próximo a esta data eu envie uma mensagem e para minha surpresa o convite ainda não havia sido enviado para confecção alegando que eu não respondi o email (o email tinha todas as perguntas respondidas pessoalmente com a vendedora presencialmente!!! ). Pasmem, nem a arte havia sido feita e tudo foi combinado presencialmente, todos os detalhes! Então finalmente foi feita a arte e foi dado mais um prazo e pedi a confecção de minicard da lista de presente, contratei mais um serviço na data que seria entregue junto. O prazo era 25/04/22 e ninguém entrou em contato comigo conforme me foi orientado. Então entrei em contato com a empresa 27/04 e confirmei se estava pronto, se o minicard tava pronto se estava ja preso pelo miniclips com convite e a responsável pelo setor de entrega me afirmou que sim. Pasmem ainda mais, não estava!!! Ela mentiu pro cliente!!! E hoje 29/04/22 meu noive esteve na loja e eles alegaram que iam procurar porque não sabia onde estava!! Tenho uma viagem pro RJ hoje para entregar os convites com tudo pago e eles não cumpriram nenhum dos prazos, não me posicionaram, não responderam minhas mensagens pelo whatsapp e sequer deram uma explicação. Descaso total com o cliente. Sem dúvida alguma o pior serviço que contratei para o meu casamento!
I had a horrible experience from the beginning and the after sales was worse, total lack of professionalism and neglect, it was the worst service I hired for the wedding. I personally went to choose all the details of the invitation and so it was done and pay. A deadline of 20 working days was given for delivery close to this date, I sent a message and to my surprise the invitation had not yet been sent for making, claiming that I did not respond to the email (the email had all questions answered personally with the seller in person!!!). Amazing, not even the art had been made and everything was arranged in person, all the details! So finally the art was done and another deadline was given and I asked for the making of a minicard from the gift list, I hired another service on the date that would be delivered together. The deadline was 04/25/22 and no one contacted me as instructed. So I contacted the company 04/27 and confirmed if it was ready, if the minicard was ready if it was already attached by the miniclips with invitation and the person responsible for the delivery sector told me yes. Even more amazed, I wasn't!!! She lied to the client!!! And today 29/04/22 my fiancé was at the store and they claimed they were going to look for it because they didn't know where it was!! I have a trip to RJ today to deliver the invitations with everything paid for and they didn't meet any of the deadlines, they didn't position me, they didn't answer my whatsapp messages and they didn't even give an explanation. Total disregard for the customer. Without a doubt the worst service I hired for my wedding!
