Na minha frente, consertou no balcão, de graça, aparelhos de clientes com orçamento de R$ 500,00 em outras oficinas. Ele é muito simpático, a Satiko também, mas tem um detalhe: EU não sou chato! Acho que isso faz diferença!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor assistência de que já fiz uso. A cereja do bolo fica por conta do atendimento gentil, caloroso e a extremamente simpático do Sr. Wagner. A espera de reparo rápido, mais de uma vez o presenciei, educada e profissionalmente recusando-se a aceitar o serviço ou porque o reparo ficaria mais caro, ou porque a máquina não valia a pena, enfim, sempre se pautando pela moral e ética, coisa raríssima nos dias atuais.

Essa semana novamente precisei dos serviços da Moema Informática e como sempre, fui muito bem atendida, a simpatia dos proprietários é notória e enquanto espera, a gente se sente em casa, sendo tratado com carinho e cordialidade como se estivesse no sofá da sala de casa... e o mais importante, para quem depende da máquina para trabalhar: a rapidez na solução do problema é incrível. Não foi a primeira vez que deixei meu note em um dia e já no dia seguinte estava pronto (isso quando o problema não é resolvido ali na hora mesmo, como diversas vezes já presenciei)
The best assistance I've ever used. The icing on the cake is Mr. Wagner's kind, warm and extremely friendly service. Waiting for a quick repair, I witnessed it more than once, politely and professionally refusing to accept the service or because the repair would be more expensive, or because the machine was not worth it, in short, always guided by morals and ethics, very rare thing these days.

This week again I needed the services of Moema Informática and as always, I was very well attended, the friendliness of the owners is notorious and while you wait, we feel at home, being treated with affection and cordiality as if we were on the sofa in the living room. ... and most importantly, for those who depend on the machine to work: the speed in solving the problem is incredible. It wasn't the first time I left my note in one day and the next day it was ready (when the problem isn't solved right away, as I've witnessed several times)

E, para quem necessita de Apple há a MacClub na mesma região - consertos no geral linha Apple e também venda de equipamentos - loja ampla e pessoal bacana - lá o contato é o Paulo
