★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui umas 3 vezes no local. Hoje foi a terceira vez e última. Sentei com mais 5 pessoas. Durante todo o tempo que estive no local, a única mesa ocupada era a minha. Ao realizar o pedido, a funcionária anotou de um balcão há uns 10/15metros da minha mesa. Ok, tudo bem, não seria por esse motivo a minha avaliação 2 estrelas de hoje. Ficamos 1 hora esperando o lanche!!!! Só tinha a gente na lanchonete! O resto dos pedidos eram delivery. Cheguei a pensar que se tivesse pedido delivery seria mais rápido. O triste é que as outras 2 vezes que fui, foi assim também. Acho um desrespeito com o cliente.
Uma das pessoas que estavam comigo não pediu lanche pq não estava com fome. Coitado, passados 40 min começou a sentir fome mas não pediu pq seria mais 1 hora pra chegar.
Estranho que num sábado noite só tinha eu e meu grupo na lanchonete. Por que será?
Eu não estava fazendo favor para ninguém em fazer um pedido. Só queria o lanche e um bom atendimento para retornar ao local e inclusive recomendar.

I went there 3 times. Today was the third and last time. I sat with 5 other people. During the entire time I was there, the only table occupied was mine. When placing the order, the employee took notes from a counter about 10/15 meters from my table. Okay, fine, that would not be my 2 star rating today. We waited 1 hour for lunch!!!! There was only us in the cafeteria! The rest of the orders were delivery. I thought that if I had ordered delivery it would be faster. The sad thing is that the other 2 times I went, it was like that too. I think it's disrespectful to the customer.
One of the people who was with me didn't order a snack because she wasn't hungry. Poor thing, after 40 minutes he started to feel hungry but he didn't ask because it would take another 1 hour to arrive.
Strange that on a Saturday night it was just me and my group in the cafeteria. I wonder why?
I wasn't doing anyone a favor by placing an order. I just wanted a snack and a good service to return to the place and even recommend it.
Unfortunately, I don't recommend the place.
