★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei dois Xiaomi. Aparelhos sem selo da Anatel, com problemas na conexão 4G por não estar configurado para a frequência correta. Ao cobrar a nota, simplesmente falam: você foi avisado no dia, podia ter desistido e devolvido (depois de ter pago)...impossibilitando garantia de fabrica.
Deixei Xbox pra conserto (comprado nessa loja), paguei $280,00, disseram que era placa. Cheguei em casa, testei e deu o mesmo problema. Voltei à loja e constataram que era problema na fonte (que tbm comprei nessa loja)... Ou seja, mesmo problema, mas uma hora era a placa, paguei, voltei, e paguei por uma nova fonte...
Atendimento na hora de vender é ótimo, atencioso... No pós venda, baixem suas expectativas... E cuidado com produtos não nacionalizado corretamente, pois podem jogar alguns milhares de reais fora...
