★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje pela manhã fui comprar dois parafusos para tampa de privada. Chegando no local, perguntei ao atendente ANTÔNIO se ele tinha parafuso que pudesse colocar nas duas tampas. Fiquei surpreso, pois sem ao menos nem me deixar explicar ele já falou que não teria os tais parafusos e que era pra eu comprar outro assento de privada. Daí perguntei: Mas aqui não é a casa dos parafusos? Ele se enfureceu e ficou ofendido com a pergunta achando que eu havia ironizado. Ok. Perguntei seu nome, Saí do local e atravessei a Rua. Na Rua Marechal encontrei os parafusos. Eram somente dois que eu precisava. Diga-se de passagem o atendimento foi ótimo na outra loja. Voltei até a Francisco Salles na Loja dos Parafusos e mostrei para o ANTÔNIO os dois parafusos e perguntei se ele tinha aqueles dois parafusos, dizendo que sim. Falei que era somente ter me escutado e que não precisava ser rude no atendimento. Ele me respondeu apontando o dedo, que eu que tinha desrespeitado ele e que não precisava daquela venda, dando a entender que pequenas vendas não lhes interessam.
Infelizmente são atitudes assim que os clientes NUNCA mais procuram o lugar.
Isso foi exatamente o que aconteceu.
Ao invés de rever a forma cordial num atendimento, na resposta, preferem dizer que o cliente está frustrado, pois é mais fácil empurrar a culpa nos outros.
This morning I went to buy two screws for a toilet lid. Arriving at the place, I asked the attendant ANTÔNIO if he had screws that I could put in both covers. I was surprised, because without even letting me explain, he already said that he wouldn't have those screws and that I was supposed to buy another toilet seat. Then I asked: But isn't this the home of the screws? He was enraged and offended by the question, thinking I was mocking. Okay. I asked your name, I left the place and crossed the street. On Marshal Street I found the screws. There were only two I needed. By the way, the service was great at the other store. I went back to Francisco Salles at Loja dos Parafusos and showed ANTÔNIO the two screws and asked if he had those two screws, saying yes. I said that it was only to have listened to me and that there was no need to be rude in the service. He replied pointing his finger, that I had disrespected him and that I didn't need that sale, implying that small sales are not of interest to them.
Unfortunately, these are attitudes that customers NEVER look for the place again.
That's exactly what happened.
Instead of reviewing the cordial way in a service, in response, they prefer to say that the customer is frustrated, as it is easier to push the blame on others.
