★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesquisei sobre empresas para poder levar uma fritadeira que está com defeito. Me eindocaram está Empresa de Poços De Caldas. Eu liguei para saber certinho, e se eles até atendem equipamento da marca ARNO, a atendentw disse que sim. Eu expliquei que sou se outra Cidade, mas que iria até a loja para deixar o equipamento na assistência técnica. Infelizmente, eu cheguei em Poços as 11:00 hs, e pedi para minha esposa ligar na Empresa para ver se eles conseguem nós atender, porque atrasamos um.poico d até de deevido a uma chuva na estarada. A até dente, disse que não poderia esperar, que iriam fechar a lojas 12:00hs e que não poderiam esperar. Tudo bem, realmente eu cheguei às 12:05 jáe as portas já estavam fechadas. Eu tenho certeza que o proprietário não ora deixar de atender quer cliente que seja, só porque atrasou t minutos. Eu tive um gasto com a viagem, retornei com o equipamento quebrado e agora tenho que procurar outra Empresa que possa me atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problemas com o aquecedor à gás Lorenzetti modelo 1600D no fim de semana. Ele não acionava a chama de aquecimento. Erro E6 e E1 constantemente. Liguei na assistência técnica e a ÚNICA opção de Poços de Caldas, infelizmente Eletro Rossi, já deu indícios de que o mau atendimento e falta de solução começaria.
Contextualizando, no meu apartamento não tem energia elétrica nos chuveiros, apenas o aquecedor a Gás da Marca Lorenzetti modelo 1600D.
Liguei nessa loja segunda de manhã pedindo um técnico para verificar meu equipamento e pra começar, só tem disponibilidade nas quintas-feiras. Deu problema na sexta, no sábado não consegui contado, só tem técnico na quinta. Eu que me vire pra tomar banho quente.
Fui informado de que eles não consertam no local, tem que tirar o equipamento e levar até a loja.
Meu equipamento está com dificuldade de ligar, precisa de umas 10 tentativas acusando o erro E6 e E1 e hoje por coincidência ele ligou normalmente na presença do técnico.
O técnico simplesmente disse que não tem o que fazer pois o equipamento está funcionando, se quer fez uma limpeza no equipamento... e ainda cobrou 80 reais da visita. Simples assim!
Só eu acho um absurdo a falta de vontade, processos e visão de sucesso do cliente (nem devem saber o que é isso). Esse é o nível de presteza do atendimento ao consumidor que leva o nome de "Assistência Técnica da Lorenzetti". Parabéns aos envolvidos. A concorrência também agradece! Se pudesse não dava nem 1 estrela!
I had problems with the Lorenzetti model 1600D gas heater over the weekend. He did not turn on the heating flame. Error E6 and E1 constantly. I called the technical assistance and the ONLY option in Poços de Caldas, unfortunately Eletro Rossi, already showed signs that the poor service and lack of solution would begin.
In context, there is no electricity in the showers in my apartment, only the Lorenzetti brand gas heater model 1600D.
I called this store Monday morning asking for a technician to check my equipment and for starters, it's only available on Thursdays. There was a problem on Friday, on Saturday I couldn't get contacted, there's only a coach on Thursday. Let me turn around to take a hot shower.
I was informed that they do not fix it on site, you have to remove the equipment and take it to the store.
My equipment is having trouble connecting, it needs about 10 attempts, accusing the E6 and E1 error and today, by coincidence, it called normally in the presence of the technician.
The technician simply said that he has nothing to do because the equipment is working, if he wants to clean the equipment... and still charged 80 reais for the visit. That simple!
I just think the client's lack of will, processes and vision of success is absurd (they shouldn't even know what it is). This is the level of promptness of customer service that goes by the name of "Lorenzetti Technical Assistance". Congratulations to those involved. The competition is also grateful! If I could, I wouldn't even give 1 star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento nem parece que estamos pagando pelo serviço, parece que estão nos fazendo um favor, além de ligar lá e não atenderem, produto fica pronto mais não informam. Uma verdadeira desorganização.E o pior que em Poços de Caldas não tem pra onde correr na parte de serviço autorizado, tem que tolerar o mau serviço prestado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi um bom lugar para efetuar reparos em eletrônicos. Eles cobram para orçar e depois passam o valor do reparo. O problema é que te passam o valor sem descontar o que já foi pago inicialmente. Em nenhum momento os funcionários informam que o "sinal" do orçamento vai ser descontado do preço final do reparo. Então na maioria das vezes você vai se assustar com o preço cobrado. Por esse motivo eu não autorizei o reparo, porém na hora de buscar meu equipamento ele havia sido consertado sem minha autorização. Por fim paguei e o problema foi resolvido. Mas a desinformação é grande. Quanto aos produtos que eles vendem lá, no ML você compra muito mais barato.
