Viajei 40km para o vendedor dizer que se confundiu e não tinha o produto, ou seja, ida e volta são 80 km de combustível gasto desnecessariamente além do meu tempo perdido. Se precisar vá a loja, verifique pessoalmente se há disponível o que deseja comprar para não ter o desprazer de ouvir um "desculpa, vi errado no sistema". Resp.: Isso se resolve com treinamento, não identificando o funcionário para que sofra sansões. Desejo que todos tenham amplo conhecimento do estoque e que entendam que todo deslocamento até a loja gera custos, que se certifiquem que realmente o produto cotado esteja disponível. No mais, desejo sorte e sucesso!
