★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço é até justo, a dona e uma funcionária são bem educadas mas qdo se trata de cuidados com o pet....deixa muito a desejar! Levo meu filhote com orelhas limpas, escovado ( para não ter nós ) e sem sujeira nos olhos mas já machucaram meu bebê três vezes. Uma vez marcaram todo o corpo dele com a rasqueadeira, outra vez passaram a máquina nas partes íntimas tão forte que formou feridas e outra vez machucaram o canto dos olhos. Meu bebê é um Yorkshire de 5 anos, pesa apenas 2,500kl é super dócil não tem necessidade desse tipo de tratamento. Estou bem chateada e vou procurar outro local para levar meu bebê.
The price is fair, the owner and an employee are very polite but when it comes to pet care .... it leaves a lot to be desired! I take my puppy with clean ears, brushed (not to have knots) and no dirt in his eyes but they have already hurt my baby three times. Once they marked his whole body with the slicker, again they passed the machine over his private parts so hard that it formed wounds and again they hurt the corners of his eyes. My baby is a 5 year old Yorkshire, weighs only 2,500kl and is super docile and has no need for this type of treatment. I'm really upset and I'm going to look for another place to take my baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhoso, sempre foram super cuidadosos com a July, carinhosos, um cuidado único, sem palavras para o trabalho das meninas no banho, desde o atendimento até o tratamento com ela. Hoje não levo mais pois minha filha virou uma estrelinha ? mas indico de olhos fechado esse pet ?

Pessoal muito carinhoso com os pets, atenciosas e com um ótimo atendimento, a primeira tosa do meu cachorro foi lá e ficou excelente, ele é filhote e estranha mesmo no começo mas no terceiro banho ele já estava bem mais tranquilo, preço muito bom e o serviço também. Eu só levo meu pet lá. ?
Great! Very affectionate staff with pets, attentive and with great service, my dog's first grooming was there and it was excellent, he is a puppy and strange even at the beginning but in the third bath he was much calmer, very good price and the service too. I just take my pet there. ?
