★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade não gostei, pois o serviço não ficou como eu queria ai eu pedi pra consertar e ela preferiu perder um cliente do que arrumar um serviço mal feito.
Actually I didn't like it, because the service was not as I wanted it so I asked to fix it and she preferred to lose a client than to get a job done poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu recomendo o Paraíso dos Pets. Foi a primeira vez que nossa Zoe fez limpeza higiênica, foi ótimo e as meninas a deixaram bem tranquila e foi no tempo da nossa cachorrinha que no início estava bem assustada, o atendimento foi impecável. Amamos tudo e tem muitos brinquedinhos também.
I recommend the Pet's Paradise. It was the first time that our Zoe did hygienic cleaning, it was great and the girls left her very calm and it was at the time of our puppy that at the beginning she was very scared, the service was impeccable. We love everything and have lots of toys too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietária extremamente grossa e desatenciosa. Levei minha pet para banho e tosa, juntamente com minha filha de 9 anos. Ficou acordado que ela faria o banho e apenas apararia os pelos das patas e barriga. Ao retornar da natação, minha filha pediu para ver a Lua e como passaríamos em frente não vi problema nisso. Ao passar no pet a Dianne ficou irritada, dizendo que estávamos fiscalizando o serviço dela e que desse jeito a cachorrinha nunca ficaria pronta. Não entendi, uma vez que não foi essa minha intenção e mesmo que fosse, conheço outros lugares de banho que inclusive mantém um vidro para a apreciação dos donos, e os donos tem o direito de ver seus pets a qualquer momento. Fui mal tratada e após a mesma ter aceitado fazer o serviço, disse que era um absurdo eu querer tossar um filhote. Após tudo isso, liguei para a clínica veterinária onde vacinei a Lua e pude certificar de que minha conduta estava correta. Não tem problema algum aparar os pelos de um pet com o ciclo vacinal completo. Lamento o ocorrido e não recomendo este lugar.
Extremely coarse and inconsiderate owner. I took my pet for a bath and grooming, along with my 9-year-old daughter. It was agreed that she would do the bath and just trim her paws and belly hair. When I returned from swimming, my daughter asked to see the Moon and as we would pass on, I had no problem with that. When passing the pet, Dianne was irritated, saying that we were supervising her service and that this way the dog would never be ready. I didn't understand, since that wasn't my intention and even if it was, I know other bathing places that even keep a glass for the owners' appreciation, and the owners have the right to see their pets at any time. I was badly treated and after she agreed to do the job, she said it was absurd for me to want to cough up a puppy. After all that, I called the veterinary clinic where I vaccinated the Moon and was able to make sure that my behavior was correct. It's no problem to trim the hair of a pet with the complete vaccination cycle. I regret what happened and do not recommend this place.
