A atendente não teve a mínima boa vontade em procurar uma base para meu tom de pele, limitou-se a indicar uma única marca, dizendo que "testadores só tem essa marca", desconhecida aliás.
Um pouco caso que beirou a arrogância...
Por estar num shopping como o Ibirapuera, que atende a um público de classe média alta, e que pratica preços bem elevados, esperava um pouco mais de cordialidade e gentileza no atendimento.
Decepcionada, vou no Boticário, lá sempre fui bem tratada.
