★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Paris Residence tem cerca de um ano de funcionamento e, por isso, ainda sofre com alguns problemas de ajuste dos moradores a uma vida em conjunto, mas está sempre buscando melhorar. As comodidades comuns, como piscina, área externa, jardins, academia, brinquedoteca, são bem equipadas, na medida certa para usufruto dos condôminos e economia dos gastos comuns. Alguns apartamentos ainda estão disponíveis.
The Paris Residence is about a year old and therefore still suffers from some problems of adjusting the residents to a life together, but is always looking to improve. Common facilities, such as swimming pool, outdoor area, gardens, gym, playroom, are well equipped, in the right measure for the usufruct of the condominiums and economy of the common expenses. Some apartments are still available.
