★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui pedir a segunda via do meu batistério e não fui informada que eu deveria LIGAR um dia antes pra saber mais informações. Tive que me deslocar do Centro da Cidade até Bangu em horário de pico, perdendo um dia de aula da faculdade, pra APENAS ser informada que meu batistério não foi achado. Um outro mocinho da secretaria falou pra eu mandar fotos comprovando que eu fui batizada ali, mandei fotos NÍTIDAS, até porque meus pais contrataram um fotógrafo e eu tenho o álbum até hoje. O padre vem e me fala que não tem como provar que sou eu nas fotos. Oi?!?! Sou maluca agora de mandar fotos de outra criança, sendo que já batizei um afilhado meu kkkkk só perdi meu batistério. Aí mandei fotos desde a minha infância até eu crescer com meus pais, talvez assim pudesse comprovar que nas fotos sou eu e não uma boneca, ou uma filha que meus pais tiveram e foi abduzida, né, talvez. Mas mesmo assim optaram por continuar me achando mentirosa, ao invés de assumirem o erro. Antônio deveria tratar melhor as pessoas já que está perante a Deus e Ednei tá de parabéns.
Terrible attendance. I went to ask for a duplicate from my baptistry and was not informed that I should CALL the day before to find out more information. I had to travel from the City Center to Bangu during peak hours, missing a day of college classes, ONLY to be informed that my baptistry was not found. Another guy from the secretariat told me to send photos proving that I was baptized there, I sent CLEAR photos, even because my parents hired a photographer and I have the album to this day. The priest comes and tells me there's no way to prove it's me in the photos. Hey?!?! I'm crazy now to send pictures of another child, and I've already baptized a godson of mine lol I just lost my baptistery. Then I sent photos from my childhood until I grew up with my parents, maybe that way I could prove that in the photos it's me and not a doll, or a daughter my parents had and was abducted, right, maybe. But even so, they chose to continue thinking I was a liar, instead of admitting the mistake. Antônio should treat people better since he is before God and Ednei is to be congratulated.
