★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vantagem é realmente ser coberto e ter bastante espaço. Porém no dia que precisamos usar (22 de jan de 2018) estava com saídas bloqueadas e não havia explicação do motivo, isso gerou dificuldade na logística do local até encontrar uma outra forma de chegar a saída.
 The advantage is really being covered and having plenty of space. However, on the day we need to use (Jan 22, 2018) there were blocked exits and there was no explanation of the reason, this caused difficulties in the logistics of the place until we found another way to get to the exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opção de custo mais razoável que o edifício garagem, que é extremamente caro. Na chegada é tranquilo para estacionar o carro e pegar a van que leva ao terminal. Porém, na hora de buscar o carro é difícil localizar o ponto de parada da Van na saída do terminal.. Não encontrei sinalização.
Cost option more reasonable than building garage, which is extremely expensive. On arrival it is quiet to park the car and catch the van which leads to the terminal. However, when it comes to picking up the car, it is difficult to locate the van's stop point at the exit of the terminal. I did not find any signs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinalização ruim para se movimentar dentro do estacionamento e má comunicação do local de pagar, taxas aplicáveis e informações em geral. O Conect Car não funcionou. O ônibus que leva ao terminal é OK, com frequência razoável. Não é coberto, então cuidado com dias de chuva. Só compensa pelo preço econômico mesmo, em geral é pior que o estacionamento coberto mais próximo dos terminais.
Bad signage to move around the parking lot and poor communication of the place to pay, applicable fees and general information. The Conect Car did not work. The bus that takes you to the terminal is OK, with reasonable frequency. It is not covered, so beware of rainy days. It only makes up for the economical price, in general it is worse than the covered parking near the terminals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo custo benefício para quem precisa deixar o carro no aeroporto de Viracopos enquanto viaja. Seguro, ótimo atendimento, praticidade no momento da reserva. O microônibus foi extremamente rápido tanto na ida quanto na volta da viagem. Recomendo.
Great value for money for those who need to leave the car at Viracopos airport while traveling. Insurance, great service, practicality at the time of booking. The minibus was extremely fast both on the way and the return journey. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é importante, mas o atendente não orientou corretamente meu marido e foi debitado o valor duas vezes na conta dele. Depois estornou, mas se o funcionário estivesse ao lado no momento da utilização da máquina (nunca utilizada por nós), isso não teria acontecido.
Service is important, but the clerk did not advise my husband correctly and was debited twice to his account. It then reversed, but if the clerk had been at the time of using the machine (never used by us), that would not have happened.
