★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Igreja Nossa Senhora do Perpétuo Socorro, foi construída inicialmente, na década de 1970 apenas como um galpão coberto por palha de coco babaçu, pelos moradores do jovem bairro de Nova Imperatriz. Depois, a Diocese fez construir um prédio de tijolos que foi sendo melhorado, até chegar à atual configuração. É um bonito templo católico.
The Nossa Senhora do Perpétuo Socorro Church was initially built, in the 1970s, just as a shed covered with babassu coconut straw, by the residents of the young neighborhood of Nova Imperatriz. Afterwards, the Diocese built a brick building that was improved, until reaching the current configuration. It is a beautiful Catholic temple.
