Good place to live especially because very close by is the bar do ico que. It has the best roasted chicken and the best mayonnaise in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando a parte que existe muito barulho, prédio replica o som de outros apartamentos pela estrutura que foi construído, ainda pior que alguns vizinhos que não respeitam ninguém, e fazem barulho como se só existissem eles, IMPORTANTE: NÃO É POSSIVEL INSTALAR AR CONDICIONADO (Piada), fora isso, muito agradável, amplo, bom estacionamento, funcionários super educados e prestativos.
Apart from the part that there is a lot of noise, the building replicates the sound of other apartments through the structure that was built, even worse than some neighbors who don't respect anyone, and make noise as if there were only them, IMPORTANT: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING (Joke ), other than that, very pleasant, ample, good parking, super polite and helpful staff.
