Very well located, well wooded and with average accommodation but one thing supplies the other. I only find small apartments, however, as I said, one thing supplies the other.

O acesso aos apartamentos é meio confuso pois não são todos os prédios que possui portaria...
Mas o local é de fácil acesso e o bairro é muito bom e agradável.
Próximo ao centro e com acesso rápido as principais entradas e saídas da cidade.
Muito bom para morar, investir ou alugar.
Recomendo.

Access to the apartments is a bit confusing as there are not all buildings that have a concierge ...
But the location is within easy reach and the neighborhood is very nice and pleasant.
Close to downtown and with quick access to the main entrances and exits of the city.
Very good to live, invest or rent.
Highly recommend.
