The service is incredible. I went to recover from a big surgery in the spine and after the lessons of the NICHOLAS I never had any more pain and my physical conditioning is great. I recommend master !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma amiga me indicou o Parque Pilates há 2 anos atrás pois estava com um problema no cotovelo ( epicondilite ) . Resultado : resolvi meu problema e continuo lá até hoje. Sinto mais segurança de fazer aula onde um fisioterapeuta me acompanha.
A friend referred me to Pilates Park 2 years ago because she had an elbow problem (epicondylitis). Result: I solved my problem and I'm still there today. I feel more secure in taking classes where a physical therapist accompanies me.
