★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local com boa apresentação , funcionárias / atendentes muito receptivas , proativas e educadas . Porém avalio o atendimento apenas 1 Estela pq não tenho a opção de não dar essa estrela . O motivo da avaliação negativa foi o fato presenciei hoje na unidade da Rua rio Mantiqueira ( Novo Riacho), por volta de 11h da manhã deste domingo do dia 23/05/21.
Estava no caixa realizando pagamentos quando observei tamanha falta de educação de um sujeito que se deve entitular chefe do local, não sei se é o dono ou gerente . Mas uma cena extremamente desagradável de presenciar .. o mesmo chama a atenção das funcionárias de forma agressiva , gritando e no meio na presença de todos os clientes .um verdadeiro assédio . Não me contive ao ver toda aquela situação , e mencionei para a atendente do caixa sobre aquela situação horrível .. e deixei a mensagem para eles que o líder ele elogia em público e da oportunidade de melhoria em

Sugiro que a rede parrileira, reveja sua postura com seus funcionários, pois esse tipo de situação pode fragilizar a sustentabilidade da empresa .
Well-presented place, very receptive, proactive and polite employees / attendants. However I evaluate the service only 1 Estela because I do not have the option of not giving this star. The reason for the negative evaluation was the fact I witnessed today at the unit of Rua rio Mantiqueira (Novo Riacho), around 11 am on this Sunday, May 23, 21.
I was at the checkout making payments when I noticed the lack of education of a guy who should be called head of the place, I don't know if he is the owner or manager. But an extremely unpleasant scene to witness .. it calls the attention of the employees aggressively, shouting and in the middle in the presence of all the customers. A real harassment. I couldn't contain myself when I saw the whole situation, and I mentioned to the cashier's clerk about that horrible situation .. and I left the message to them that the leader he praises in public and the opportunity for improvement in

I suggest that the Brazilian network, review its posture with its employees, as this type of situation can weaken the company's sustainability.
