★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico com quem passei foi um amor de pessoa, mas o atendimento por telefone e principalmente whatsapp é péssimo. Compensa mais ir pessoalmente do que tentar resolver a distância, no entanto na hora de vender o plano é super eficiente.
The doctor I spent with was a loving person, but the phone service and especially whatsapp is terrible. It pays more to go in person than to try to resolve the distance, however when selling the plan it is super efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no clínico que me fez fazer exame de bioimpedancia( aqueles que vc sobe na balança e mede o peecentual de gordura corporal,geralmente feito em avaliação de academia) me cobraram 120 reais e depois que fiz o exame o médico olhou p minha cara e disse qu então tinha mais tempo para olhar o exame, que tinha acabado a consulta. Segunda consulta foi com cardiologista que me disse que fumar 8 cigarros por dia não faz mal. Não sou médica mas se o fato de ser fumante passivo já é prejudicial então 1 cigarro que seja já é ruim, não e ? Passei também no dermatologista que foi extremamente arrogante, nada simpático nem olhou na minha cara. Mas tem tb a ginecologista que nem usa o instrumento correto para coletar exame. A última e mais belas de todas foi o constrangimento de ser cobrada por mensalidades já pagas. Claro, a culpa e sempre do sistema ! Funcionários sem preparo nenhum, inclusive educação. Financeiro totalmente desorganizado, médicos que trabalham sem vontade nenhuma e vc sai de lá sempre com a sensação de que seu problema não foi resolvido. Melhor pagar mais caro e ter um médico de verdade em uma clínica de verdade!
I was at the clinic who made me take a bioimpedance test (those where you step on the scale and measure the body fat percentage, usually done in gym evaluation) they charged me 120 reais and after I took the exam the doctor looked at my face and said who then had more time to look at the exam, that the consultation was over. The second appointment was with a cardiologist who told me that smoking 8 cigarettes a day is okay. I'm not a doctor but if the fact of being a passive smoker is already harmful then 1 cigarette is already bad, isn't it? I also went to the dermatologist who was extremely arrogant, not very friendly or even looked at my face. But there's also the gynecologist who doesn't even use the correct instrument to collect the exam. The last and most beautiful of all was the embarrassment of being charged for monthly fees already paid. Of course, the fault is always the system! Unprepared employees, including education. Totally disorganized financial, doctors who work without any will and you always leave with the feeling that your problem has not been solved. Better to pay more and have a real doctor in a real clinic!

Não sei o nome desse sujeito. Mas assim que ver a receita com nome e CRM venho aqui dizer para que não cometam o mesmo erro que nós.
Péssima, quando procuramos um serviço particular é pq não encontramos no serviço público um atendimento rápido e com especialistas.
Qual foi nossa decepção ao encontrar com profissional que DEVERIA ser humano e competente dentro da sua especialidade, sendo um homem que estudou, se especializou para isso, não queremos milagres. Queremos pessoas competentes e humanas.
Agora ler os exames sem fazer um exame físico, sem ao menos colocar as mãos no paciente, exames laboratoriais por ter erros, mas o exame físico faz parte de tudo aquilo que ele estudou.
Em resumo não recomendo. Alem de ser péssimo profissional é grosseiro e bruto.

Terrible, when we look for a private service, it is because we do not find in the public service a quick service with specialists.
What was our disappointment to find a professional who SHOULD be human and competent within their specialty, being a man who studied, specialized for this, we don't want miracles. We want competent and humane people.
Now reading the exams without doing a physical exam, without even putting his hands on the patient, laboratory tests for having errors, but the physical exam is part of everything he studied.
In short, I don't recommend it. In addition to being a terrible professional, he is rude and crude.
