Utiliza-se de tortura psicológica, ligam mais de 20 vezes no mesmo dia, ligam até para terceiros e sempre dizem que vão continuar desta forma até você pagar... São carniceiros, aproveitadores, induzem as pessoas ao erro, ameaçam falando de processos e protestos... Entendo que quem deve tem a obrigação de pagar, porém pagar para uma empresa inidônea não dá... Aconselho você fazer o seguinte, faça uma reclamação no SAC do Banco Credor, depois da resposta a qual será conivente com certeza, faça uma nova reclamação porém desta vez na Ouvidoria do Banco Credor, e esta resposta também será conivente com certeza, então anote todos os protocolos dessas reclamações e faça a ultima reclamação só que no BACEN... Negative o Banco credor no BACEN... Infelizmente isso não vai resolver, mas vai impactar na pontuação do banco credor, se todos fizessem isso, com certeza os bancos pensariam muito antes de repassar nossos dados sigilosos para empresas terceirizadas e inidônea... Outro conselho, nunca e jamais discuta com os atendentes dessas empresas inidônea, pois eles são treinados para te constranger, humilhar e fazer pouco caso para a sua situação financeira, não perca tempo... São papagaios que leem uma mensagem da tela e se transformam em monstros quando dizemos que não temos condições de pagar e quando pedimos para eles não ligarem varias vezes no mesmo dia...Uns até querem falar como se fossem advogados e dizem que a pratica deles é legal, e outros vão além falam como se fossem juízes de uma causa ganha, e que somos obrigados a ser constrangidos e humilhados varias vezes no mesmo dia, isso mesmo, no mesmo dia várias vezes... Isso é caso de policia, eles só fazem isso pois sabem que os devedores sentem vergonha por está inadimplente, como se nós fossemos criminosos... O Brasil está em crise, são mais de 14 milhões de pessoas desempregadas, eu não planejei e nem quis fazer parte desta estatística, ai vem empresas terceirizadas, dizendo que é detentora da divida, e que possui todos os seus dados pessoais e sigilosos do Banco, nunca apresentam um documento se quer sobre a evolução da divida, muito menos a comunicação que deveria ser previa da cessão de crédito... E mesmo sim, se assim fizessem, não lhes dão o direito de fazer TORTURA PSICOLÓGICA diária com as pessoas inadimplentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, me ligou mais de 15 vezes em 3 dias, abri um reclamação no PROCON, as ligações cessaram, mas depois comecei a receber ligações para pedindo para informar ao PROCON que estava resolvido, não fiz, no mesmo dia a pessoa me ligou 3 vezes tentando me convencer, isso prova que a política da empresa é descumprir o código de defesa do consumidor e torturar o cliente com uma ligação atrás da outra. Espero que outras pessoas que lerem isso procure seus direitos no PROCON só assim educaremos essas empresas.
