★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local Italian restaurant, a bit above the usual "cantinas" you usually find in São Paulo, but without looking pretentious. It's a simple place offering good food. Nice selection of antipasti and very nice wine menu focused on Italian wines. Prefer the home made, fresh pastas – just ask the waiter.

Waiter took my wine away without checking
I was left at the table with no food/drink trying to get someone’s attention to pay the bill as he went off to serve another table

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a wedding ceremony lunch. The food is Southern Italian, the place is very lively in the Bohemian neighborhood of Vila Madalena. I have to go back in a "normal" day. They have a large selection of wines but don't know what is the price point. Worth visiting when passing by.

I ordered the Pasta Carbonara but I found the portion to be quite small, and also there was nothing really special.
Same goes for my friends. It was all good but pretty simple and nothing special.
I'm not sure I'll go back there although the decor is very nice and fancy!
