O indivíduo gritou diversos palavrões ofendendo a professora na frente de seus alunos e tbm na frente de sua turista e todos os outros turistas que estavam no trem do corcovado.
Situação extremamente desagradável.
Deixo um alerta para que a agência avalie o comportamento de seus funcionários pois estão passando uma péssima imagem da agência.

The individual shouted several profanity offending the teacher in front of her students and also in front of her tourist and all the other tourists who were on the corcovado train.
