Quando liguei para agendar a visita fui informada pela dona que não aceitava o cupom desse site e que não havia feito nenhum anúncio por eles. Tive que ligar para cancelar a compra. Liguei novamente para informar o cancelamento e a dona disse que poderia fazer o mesmo valor do site Groupon. Chegando lá, a dona não queria fazer o valor informado e quando fui tentar pegar minha cachorrinha de volta percebi que um funcionário estava impaciente com os cachorros que estavam aguardando atendimento. Tive que deixar terminar o serviço na minha pet mas quando cheguei em casa, vi que ela estava com uma ferida na parte interna da pata traseira. Fiquei revoltada e nunca mais volto lá. Não recomendo, pois percebi o despreparo de alguns funcionários em relação aos serviços prestados e os pets.
First and last experience in this place. There was an ad on Urban Fish and I bought it. When I called to schedule the visit I was informed by the owner that I did not accept the coupon of this site and that I had not made any announcements for them. I had to call to cancel the purchase. I called again to inform the cancellation and the lady said that it could make the same value of the site Groupon. Arriving there, the owner did not want to make the informed amount and when I went to try to get my dog back I realized that an employee was impatient with the dogs that were waiting for care. I had to finish the service on my pet but when I got home I saw that she had a wound on the inside of the back paw. I was disgusted and never come back. I do not recommend it, because I noticed the lack of preparation of some employees in relation to the services provided and the pets.
