★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado, atendentes não sabem informar quais exames podem ser feitos em cada unidade e por telefone não informam que a unidade Guarujá só atende plano Santa Casa e não atende os demais planos.
 Very long service, attendants do not know what tests can be done in each unit and by phone they do not inform that the Guarujá unit only serves the Santa Casa plan and does not meet the other plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de haver duas funcionárias na recepção, apenas uma delas fazia os atendimentos. Esperei por mais de uma hora para entregar o exame ( 7:30 da manhã).
Muitas pessoas desistiram por causa da demora.
Although there are two employees at the reception, only one of them provided assistance. I waited over an hour to deliver the exam (7:30 am).
Many people gave up because of the delay.

A long delay, counselor nebias, 730, agent leaves with general anesthesia and has to stay more than 40 minutes to ask for the biopsy, terrible, I will never come back!!!
