Só tenho uma pequena crítica, morosidade em enviar os resultados dos exames terceirizados e laboratoriais para os tutores. Não sei dizer em nome dos outros, mas para mim , tive que pedir. Mas este motivo não altera minha preferência pela clínica. Sou muito grata pela competência de seus profissionais
I have always been very well attended by all. Until now I have not had any negative post-treatment consequences. I only have one small criticism, delay in sending the results of outsourced and laboratory exams to tutors. I can't say on behalf of others, but for me, I had to ask. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 11.02.2022 meu cachorrinho Pingo (pincher 1.3 kg) foi atacado por um pastor alemão de mais de 50 kg, teve traumatismo craniano e chegou na Pataki Patala inconsciente em estado muito grave. Recebeu todo cuidado da equipe da Pataki Patala, Dr. Bruno, Dr. Felipe e Dra. Carla. Eu sou só gratidão pois hoje meu Pinguinho está em casa. Profissionais excepcionais Muito cuidado e carinho com os animais. Melhor clínica veterinária de BH. Recomendo sempre e pra sempre.
On the 11.02.2022 my little dog Pingo (pincher 1.3 kg) was attacked by a German shepherd weighing more than 50 kg, he had head trauma and arrived at Pataki Patala unconscious in a very serious condition. He was taken care of by the Pataki Patala team, Dr. Bruno, Dr. Felipe and Dr. Carla. I'm just gratitude because today my Pinguinho is at home. Exceptional professionals Great care and affection for animals. Best veterinary clinic in BH. I recommend it forever and ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa num veterinário excelente... Pensou? Pois o Dr. Bruno é muito melhor. E aqui faço um adendo a pessoa que ele é. O cara é diferenciado, trata todos os animais como se fossem dele. A dedicação e a entrega em cada situação é de outro mundo. Existem "profissionais “ e existe o Dr. Bruno. Parabéns a toda equipe que fazem da Clínica um lugar especial para os animais que por ali passam.
Think of an excellent veterinarian... Did you? Well, Dr. Bruno is much better. And here I add to the person he is. The guy is different, treats all animals as if they were his. The dedication and delivery in each situation is out of this world. There are "professionals" and there is Dr. Bruno. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao ver algumas postagens sobre o tratamento diferenciado dado pelo Dr. Bruno e equipe, levamos nossa Pinscher para consultas, acabamos experimentamos tb os banhos que a clínica oferece e inclusive optamos pela castração dela lá, tamanha foi nossa confiança. Se tiver a oportunidade de trazer seu pet aqui, não irá se arrepender. Entendo que cada um tem uma experiência, essa foi a nossa!
When seeing some posts about the differentiated treatment given by Dr. Bruno and team, we took our Pinscher for consultations, we ended up trying out the baths that the clinic offers and we even chose to have her castrated there, such was our confidence. If you have the opportunity to bring your pet here, you will not regret it. I understand that everyone has an experience, this was ours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor clínica!! Virei cliente e indico à todos os papais e mamães de Pet! Estive na clínica dia 20/12/21 com minha Chanel, uma Spitz de 3 meses de idade! Ela estava com suspeita de ter ingerido um corpo estranho e também, com uma forte reação à segunda dose da vacina V8. Achei que ia perdê-la nesse dia! Meu Deus do Céu! Fui até lá por indicação de um conhecido e foi a melhor coisa que ele pôde fazer por nós duas!! :) Cheguei com a bebê muito fraquinha e abatida... Eu (mãe de Pet de primeira viagem) estava em prantos! Prontamente fui atendida e acolhida não só pela recepcionista como por toda a equipe! Um carinho, uma atenção, um suporte! Gente, não tenho palavras para descrever o quanto me senti confortada nessa clínica! Graças a Deus a suspeita que havia sobre o corpo estranho foi descartada totalmente através da realização de Ultrassom e RX (Ah!! Lá realizam todos os exames, inclusive de imagem! Preços justos! Apenas consultem condições de pagamento antes, porque alguns exames são pagos apenas em dinheiro ou PIX) e graças a Deus, a reação à vacina que existia, foi se abrandando após administração de medicamentos indicados pelo Dr. Bruno! :) Graças a Deus, tudo certo! Super indico!! Agradecimentos especiais ao Dr. Bruno e a Cindy, que foram 2 anjos por terem nos acolhido tão generosamente! #Gratidão
Best clinic!! I became a client and I recommend it to all the daddies and moms of Pet! I was at the clinic on 12/20/21 with my Chanel, a 3 month old Spitz! She was suspected of having ingested a foreign body and also having a strong reaction to the second dose of the V8 vaccine. I thought I was going to lose her that day! Oh my God! I went there on the recommendation of an acquaintance and it was the best thing he could do for both of us!! :) I arrived with the baby very weak and dejected... I (mother of a first-time Pet) was in tears! I was promptly attended to and welcomed not only by the receptionist but also by the entire team! A care, attention, support! Guys, I have no words to describe how much I felt comforted in this clinic! Thanks to God, the suspicion that there was about the foreign body was totally discarded by performing an Ultrasound and X-ray (Oh! They carry out all exams there, including imaging! Fair prices! Just check payment terms beforehand, because some exams are paid for only in cash or PIX) and thanks to God, the reaction to the vaccine that existed, was slowing down after administration of medicines indicated by Dr. Bruno! :) Thank God, it's alright! Super recommend!! Special thanks to Dr. Bruno and Cindy, who were 2 angels for welcoming us so generously! #Gratitude

Porém chegando lá a recepcionista nos atendeu bem e repassou para o médico , onde o mesmo Dr Bruno e equipe veio ao nosso encontro na recepção (sendo para mim um diferencial) super atencioso, profissional, ético, e apresentou muito carinho ao meu cachorro, conversou sobre o mesmo. Foi realizado uma consulta exemplar , (que jamais havia recebido até hoje em outras clínicas), esclareceu todas as duvidas e exames, com muita segurança e me tranquilizou muito. Estou bastante satisfeita que a partir de então, terei um médico para acompanhar meu cachorro sempre. Excelente atendimento de todos da clínica. Muito agradecida e satisfeita.
I took my dog to the PATAKI PATALA clinic to do a blood count at the request of another clinic. However, when we got there, the receptionist served us well and passed it on to the doctor, where the same Dr Bruno and his team came to meet us at the reception (being a differential for me) super attentive, professional, ethical, and showed my dog a lot of affection, talked about the same. An exemplary consultation was carried out, (which I had never received until today in other clinics), clarified all doubts and exams, with great security and reassured me a lot. I am very pleased that from then on, I will have a doctor to accompany my dog at all times. Excellent service from everyone at the clinic. Very grateful and satisfied.

De longe o melhor veterinário que vi na vida (E olha que já fui em vários pois tem outros 5 dogs) realmente se preocupa, tem propriedade e autoridade em tudo que diz, estamos quase VENCENDO A CINOMOSE GRAÇAS A DEUS E AO DR BRUNO! Muito obrigada de coração pelo seu profissionalismo! Por mais profissionais como você! Ela estava fraca, apresentando alguns sinais de tremores e diarreia e agora está 100% ativa , fezes normais e sem sinais de neurológico afetado. My Akita tested positive for distemper, I had consulted two other clinics and decided to look for Dr Bruno for an indication. Best choice I've made for my pets' lives! By far the best vet I've seen in my life (And I've been to several because there are 5 other dogs) really cares, has ownership and authority in everything he says, we're almost WINNING DISEASE THANKS TO GOD AND DR BRUNO! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism! For more professionals like you! She was weak, showing some signs of tremors and diarrhea and is now 100% active, normal stools and no signs of neurological impairment. I come to update you when we put the "I beat distemper on her" sign. DISEASE CAN BE CURED, YES!
