★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na época dos antigos donos eu levava os meus cachorros direto e nunca tive nenhum problema. Com os donos novos eu levei apenas duas vezes e o atendimento foi exemplar. Ouvi dizer que ampliaram a loja e hoje tem atendimento veterinário, mas não tive oportunidade de verificar (me separei e os cachorros ficaram com a minha ex). No geral, eu super indico pois os donos são muito simpáticos e o atendimento é muito bom.
At the time of the old owners I took my dogs straight and I never had any problems. With the new owners I took it only twice and the service was exemplary. I heard that they expanded the store and now has veterinary care, but I didn't have the opportunity to check it out (I separated and the dogs stayed with my ex). Overall, I recommend it because the owners are very friendly and the service is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem nesse lugar. Não estão nem um pouco preocupados com o cliente. Adquiri uma coleira para minha cadelinha nesse pet shop. A moça garantiu a qualidade. 4 dias depois a coleira estragou e quase fiquei sem minha cadelinha que correu para rua. Voltei a loja, para trocar ou ter meu dinheiro de volta. Segundo a vendedora, esse não era um problema deles, que eu deveria entrar em contato com a distribuidora do produto. É primeira vez que vejo isso: a loja vende um produto com defeito, e não quer trocar pois não eh responsabilidade dela! Quem deve entrar em contato com o distribuidor , é quem comprou pra revender e não o cliente. Acabam de perder um cliente, jah comprei ração aí, brinquedos, mas agora não compro e não indico pra ninguém!
Don't buy from this place. They are not concerned about the customer at all. I purchased a collar for my dog at this pet shop. The girl guaranteed the quality. 4 days later the collar broke and I almost lost my dog who ran out into the street. I went back to the store, to exchange or get my money back. According to the seller, this was not their problem, I should get in touch with the product distributor. It's the first time I see this: the store sells a defective product, and doesn't want to exchange it because it's not its responsibility! Who should contact the distributor, is who bought to resell and not the customer. They just lost a customer, I already bought feed there, toys, but now I don't buy and I don't recommend it to anyone!
