Me deram o prazo de uma semana pra entrega de um laudo e após uma semana me ligaram pedindo outros exames anteriores para poderem dar um laudo mais preciso, depois disso não recebi nenhum retorno e ninguém do laboratório atende às ligações. Não sei porque colocam um telefone se não há atendente para atender.
Very disorganized. They gave me a week to deliver a report and after a week they called me asking for other previous exams to be able to give a more accurate report, after that I didn't receive any feedback and no one from the lab answers the calls. I don't know why they put a phone in if there's no attendant to answer.

Liguei hoje nesse laboratório e passei 10 minutos para ser atendido, ou seja 10 minutos ouvindo a música informando que todos os atendentes estão ocupados. Nem operadora de telefone passamos mais tanto tempo assim para ser atendido. Pois bem após esses 10 minutos uma moça me atendeu e não soube me responder se o exame que eu solicitara era feito nesse laboratório, e mandou eu aguardar que ela ia ligar para outra pessoa. Depois de um tempo a moça me falou que eu ligasse mais tarde por que a "outra" pessoa não estava atendendo no setor dela. Simplesmente respondi que não ligaria mais, devido ao tempo de espera e a desinformação de que se fazem ou não esse tipo de exame patologico, já que se trata de um laboratorio com esses fim. O nome do exame é Codeleção dos Genes 1p19q (que se trata de um marcador molecular). Passar bem, mas não irei retornar e nem indicar a ninguém esse laboratório
How the first impression is the one that stays right? I called in this lab today and spent 10 minutes to be answered, that is, 10 minutes listening to the music saying that all the attendants are busy. Neither phone operator spent more so much time to be served. Well after 10 minutes a girl answered me and could not answer me if the exam I requested was done in the laboratory, and told me to wait until she was going to call someone else. After a while the girl told me to call later why the "other" person was not attending in her sector. I simply replied that I would no longer call because of the waiting time and the misinformation about whether or not this type of pathological examination is done, since it is a laboratory for that purpose. The name of the exam is Codeleção dos Genes 1p19q (which is a molecular marker). Have a good time, but I will not return and do not tell anyone about this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei e fiquei um tempão esperando para ser atendida. Uma só pessoa na recepção e a funcionária não era nada simpática. Ademais, não havia senha de atendimento e os próprios clientes é que tinham que controlar a ordem de atendimento, de acordo com a ordem de chegada. Muito ruim.
I arrived and stayed a long time waiting to be attended. A single person at the reception and the clerk was not at all friendly. In addition, there was no service password and it was the customers themselves who had to control the service order, according to the order of arrival. Too bad.
