A manicure que me atendeu foi muito indelicada e me expôs a constrangimento em meio a outros clientes criticando meu pé várias vezes. Achei muito desnecessário. Realmente não tenho o pé mais lindo do mundo, mas nunca passei por nada parecido em outros lugares. Falta de treinamento ao lidar com o público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou nova na cidade e precisava ir a uma loja. Que por coincidência estacionei meu carro na porta do salas, do qual não conhecia. Pela calçada parecia ser um ambiente agradável. Resolvi oq precisa e na volta passei no salao.
Fui recepcionada por um home que parecia ser dono ou gerente. Perguntei o valor e se teria horário naquele momento para corte. Boa mesmo respondeu que sim, chamou uma funcionária de forma pouco carinhosa. Ela lavou meu cabelo perfeitamente, muito cuidadosa. Ao término da lavagem me levou gentilmente até uma cadeira. Quando começou a pentear meu cabelo, o tal profissional lhe deu uma dura pq seu pwnte não estava na gaveta.
Ele não se apresentou e mal perguntou qual era o corte. Durante o corte não abriu a boca, movimentava minha cabeça de forma grosseira.
O salão tem um ambiente muito pesado, parece que todos no local morrem de medo dele.
Perdeu alguém que poderia ser cliente. E não adianta dizer que não precisa de mim como cliente, porque além em de não ir mais lá, farei questão de contar minha experiência no local.
