★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desmarcaram minha consulta do nada dizendo que era devido à pandemia e disseram que remarcariam novamente. Já estou esperando a quase um mês e nada. Tive que ligar pra atendente de outro médico de da clínica e me informaram que já tinha voltado o atendimento mas não me deram retorno algum. Já estou ligando a uma semana e as atendentes não atendem em horário nenhum. Ódio!
 They canceled my appointment out of the blue saying it was due to the pandemic and said they would reschedule it again. I've been waiting for almost a month and nothing. I had to call the attendant of another doctor at the clinic and they informed me that I had already returned to the service but they did not give me any feedback. I've been calling for a week and the attendants don't answer at any time. Hate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência no parto da minha primeira filha. Desejava ter parto normal e isso era de conhecimento dela. Conversei sobre contratar uma Doula, ela me disse que minha Doula poderia ser meu marido ou qualquer outro parente meu. Me desencorajou. Insistia sempre para marcarmos a data do parto. Ocorre que entrei de TP numa sexta-feira Santa e a dra estava viajando. Tentei contacta-la e não consegui. Fui para emergência do são Camilo onde fui destratada pelo médico que insinuou que minha filha não tinha batimentos cardíacos. Depois de muito desespero e ligar insistentemente ela me atendeu. Pedi para ela me designar uma equipe para me acompanhar, algum médico particular ou que fosse. Ela me disse que não tinha ninguém para indicar. Pedi que intercedesse junto ao hospital para que eu não continuasse sendo atendida pelo médico que me atendeu inicialmente e ela me disse que não poderia fazer nada. Resumindo, só passei a ter tratamento humano naquele hospital quando um médico amigo da minha sogra ligou para o hospital solicitando a troca do médico e um quarto para mim. A Dra. Nada fez por mim. Minha filha nasceu saudável graças a Deus. Se quiserem uma médica para ter cesárea ou só para exames de rotina ok. Mas para parto normal caiam fora. Realmente o contato com as atendentes é precário.
I had a bad experience at the birth of my first daughter. She wanted to have a normal birth and that was her knowledge. I talked about hiring a Doula, she told me that my Doula could be my husband or any other relative of mine. It discouraged me. He always insisted that we schedule the date of delivery. It so happens that I entered TP on a Good Friday and the doctor was traveling. I tried to contact her and I couldn't. I went to the São Camilo emergency room where I was dislocated by the doctor who suggested that my daughter had no heartbeat. After much desperation and insistent calling she answered me. I asked her to assign me a team to accompany me, some private doctor or whatever. She told me that she had no one to indicate. I asked her to intercede with the hospital so that I would not continue to be seen by the doctor who saw me initially and she told me that there was nothing she could do. In short, I only started to have human treatment in that hospital when a doctor friend of my mother-in-law called the hospital requesting the change of the doctor and a room for me. Dr. did nothing for me. My daughter was born healthy thanks to God. If you want a doctor to have a cesarean or just for routine exams ok. But for normal delivery, get out. Actually, contact with the attendants is precarious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra Patrícia é uma ótima médica, mas entrar em contato com a clínica é impossível, estou na fila de espera no WhatsApp desde o ano passado. Ninguém responde, deveriam nem disponibilizar esse WhatsApp pois nunca fui atendida por ele. Telefone fixo chama e ninguém nunca, nunca, nunca atende ou fica fora de área. Acho um descaso total com o paciente nao conseguir entrar em contato com a clínica. A pessoa morre tentando atendimento e não consegue. Deixo aqui minha avaliação na esperança que o consultório possa melhorar seu atendimento
Dr Patrícia is a great doctor, but getting in touch with the clinic is impossible, I've been on the WhatsApp waiting list since last year. Nobody answers, they should not even make this WhatsApp available because I was never assisted by it. Landline phone calls and no one ever, ever, ever answers or stays out of the area. I think it's a total disregard for the patient not being able to contact the clinic. The person dies trying to assist and cannot. I leave my assessment here in the hope that the office can improve its service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, como nos outros comentários aqui, a Dra. Patrícia é um amor de pessoa e médica (apesar de eu ter achado a 1a consulta um pouco rápida). Mas realmente o atendimento da recepção deixa muuito a desejar, é péssimo. Você desiste da dra, por causa da recepção, é triste. Ninguém consegue se quer confirmar uma consulta, por exemplo eu tinha uma agendada pra ontem (23/06), não fui porque não consegui confirmar, como moro um pouco longe não compensa e ir pra dar viagem, enfim, essa é uma reclamação tão antiga, e parece que ninguém dá jeito.
Well, as in the other comments here, Dr. Patrícia is a love of a person and a doctor (although I found the 1st appointment a little quick). But really the reception service leaves a lot to be desired, it's terrible. You give up on the dr, because of the reception, it's sad. Nobody can confirm an appointment, for example I had one scheduled for yesterday (06/23), I didn't go because I couldn't confirm, as I live a little far away it doesn't pay to go on a trip, anyway, this is such an old complaint , and it seems that no one can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dra Patrícia é ótima, maravilhosa, nunca fui tão bem atendida na minha vida, mas o atendimento é péssimo, liguei muitas vezes até atenderem pra marcar uma consulta pra quase 2 meses pra frente, consegui fazer a consulta, fiz os exames mas o retorno não consegui e quando consegui marcar uma nova consulta foi 6 meses depois da primeira, os exames já estavam quase precisando serem renovados. Não cheguei a ir pra segunda consulta, pois precisava tirar uma dúvida sobre valores já que fiquei sem plano, liguei várias vezes falei no wpp e sem resposta. Desisti da connsulta e da médica (infelizmente) pq se a gente não consegue ter um mínimo de comunicação nem pra tirar uma dúvida, não dá, ela pode ser maravilhosa mas falta um pouco de respeito nesse quesito com os pacientes. Muito triste mas é isso aí, vou procurar outra médica ????
Dr. Patrícia is great, wonderful, I've never been so well attended in my life, but the service is terrible, I called many times to make an appointment for almost 2 months ahead, I managed to make the appointment, I did the exams but the return I couldn't and when I managed to make a new appointment it was 6 months after the first one, the exams were almost in need of renewal. I didn't get to go to the second appointment, because I needed to ask a question about values since I had no plan, I called several times I spoke on wpp and no answer. I gave up the consultation and the doctor (unfortunately) because if we can't have a minimum of communication even to resolve a doubt, it's not possible, she can be wonderful but lack a little respect in this matter with the patients. Very sad but that's it, I'm going to find another doctor ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após fazer uma lista de médicos decidi agendar para Dra. Patrícia. Apesar da médica está com atendimento especializado em laser pedi a Deus iluminação. É difícil conseguir ligação, agenda para mais de um mês, mas o que compartilho. Ela é maravilhosa. Se fosse necessário chegar lá 05h da manhã e aguardar na chuva ainda iria. Que Deus continue a guiando e lhe der muita saúde.
After making a list of doctors I decided to schedule it for Dr. Patricia. Although the doctor is receiving specialized care in laser I asked God for lighting. It's hard to get a connection, schedule for more than a month, but what I share. She's wonderful. If it was necessary to get there at 5 am and wait in the rain, I would still go. Minha namorada sofreu com cólicas fortíssimas ao ponto de desmaiar de dor, fez um acompanhamento com essa doutora que deveria ter durado poucos meses e acabou durando quase um ano por irresponsabilidade dela e da equipe dentre marcação de consultas e faltas da doutora pra no final de todo o processo, ela olhar pra minha namorada e encaminhar para outro médico pois ela não atendia aquele caso. Atrasou o tratamento e a vida de uma pessoa.

My girlfriend suffered from severe cramps to the point of fainting from the pain, she had a follow-up with this doctor that should have lasted a few months and ended up lasting almost a year due to her and the team's irresponsibility, between appointments and doctor's absences for at the end of all the process, she looked at my girlfriend and referred me to another doctor because she did not attend to that case. It delayed treatment and a person's life.
