★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom e uma empresa ótima pra vender sonhos e cobrar pesadelos, não caiam na deles de que até o parcelamento da entrada não e impecilio porque vão te arrancar o coro e te mostrar oque são juros abusivos caso vcs não conhecam ainda no final do parcelamento vcs vão estar pagando mais muito mais do que o valor da parcela do imóvel comprado assim e fácil ser construtora construir casas , prédios etc nas custas dos inocentes que sonham com a casa própria .
 Well, it's a great company to sell dreams and charge nightmares, don't fall for them that even the down payment in installments is not an impediment because they will rip you off the chorus and show you what abusive interest is if you don't know it yet at the end of the installment you will to be paying much more than the value of the property purchased so it is easy to be a builder building houses, buildings etc at the expense of innocent people who dream of owning their own home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado aí pessoal quando forem comprar com essa empresa, não se iludam pq eles arrancam o coro e não querem nem saber. comprei um apto e fiz financiamento na época o corretor diz q as parcelas erão fixas, quando vc vai assinar ninguém da Novolar te ajuda a entender o contrato só querem ele assinado, então hj as prestações vem um absurdo, liga pra eles e eles tem como defesa o contrato pois a maioria assinou iludido por estar adquirindo seu imóvel e não leram, fiz adiantamento de um ano e ni guem deu o desconto e nem falou nada (o famoso vai q cola), mto decepcionada com tdo isso, ao invés de sonho realizado esta sendo pesadelo constante graças a Novolar.
Be careful when you go shopping with this company, make no mistake because they start the choir and don't even want to know. I bought an apartment and did financing at the time the broker says that the installments will be fixed, when you are going to sign nobody from Novolar helps you understand the contract they just want signed, so today the installments are absurd, call them and they have as I defend the contract because most of them signed deluded because they were buying their property and they didn’t read it, I made a one-year advance and nobody gave the discount and said nothing (the famous goes for it), I was very disappointed with all this, instead of a dream accomplished is being a constant nightmare thanks to Novolar.
