★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível! Economizaram com os registros do banheiro. Para se ter uma ideia, o registro do vaso sanitário só fecha no próprio cano. Até você descobrir isso, seu apartamento está encharcado de água.
Terrible! They saved on bathroom records. To give you an idea, the registration of the toilet only closes in the pipe itself. Until you find out, your apartment is drenched in water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei apto Edifício Novita, minha decepção foi grande: paredes finas demais, com isso escutamos tudo dos vizinhos, até mesmo quando faz xixi. Se vierem ao nosso prédio e pegar o livro de reclamações perceberão que a maioria são barulhos de vizinhos. Até onde são todos os moradores e até onde é a má.construção????. Comprei um apto no alto apostando no silêncio, porém ao me deparar com barulho de pessoas caminhando do apto de cima, fazendo xixi, tomando banho já o de baixo qdo liga a TV entre outros. Terrível. Não.paguei barato. Como alguns moradores já fizeram desejo vender assim que possível.
I bought fit Novita Building, my disappointment was great: walls too thin, so we listened to everything from neighbors, even when peeing. If you come to our building and pick up the complaints book you will find that most of them are neighbors' noises. How far are all the residents and how bad is the construction ????. I bought a fit at the top betting on silence, but when I come across the noise of people walking from the top up, peeing, taking a bath already the bottom when turns on the TV among others. Terrible. I didn't pay cheap. As some residents have already made a wish to sell as soon as possible.
