★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fui 2x , e cada vez pior que a outra. Primeiro atendente podre de abusada, não oferecia um prato apesar de ter foto e preço na frente de loja com a desculpa de ter pouca saída, depois a batata frita com gosto de batata velha.
Segundo, fiz pedido, demorou muito (uns 40 minutos), fui reclamar e falaram que já estava saindo, esperei mais 20 minutos, e nada, quando chego não tinha nenhum prato sendo preparado, perguntei sobre meu prato e ficaram com cara de tacho, pegaram o papel do meu pedido e enfiaram no pino sem terem feito, e a criatura pergunta: "o senhor ainda quer?" (Eu morrendo de fome) ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor restaurante da praça de alimentação do shopping da Parangaba. Tanto o almoço como as pizzas, são muito boas. Só não dei 5 estrelas, pq as vezes eles deixam faltar suco de laranja e algumas vezes pedi pizza com borda recheada e colocaram tão pouco cream cheese e nem dava p perceber que a borda estava recheada.
Best restaurant in the Parangaba shopping mall. Both lunch and pizzas are very good. I just didn't give 5 stars, because sometimes they lack orange juice and sometimes I ordered pizza with a stuffed edge and they put so little cream cheese on it and I couldn't even notice that the edge was stuffed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, no Nort shopping jóquei tem duas funcionárias que propositadamente por duas vezes nos atendeu mal: uma delas(caixa), no sábado 15/05/2019 após tomar conhecimento do nosso pedido, simplesmente nos deixou no vácuo durante o pagamento,e passou a olhar o whastsapp dela, nos deixando diante dela quase 5min sem entender o estava acontecendo, e a outra muito abusada veio até o balcão nos dando indireta para que o mesmo fosse liberado. Enfim a pizza é boa,mas as funcionárias tem agido péssimo. Se liga PATRONI PIZZA!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza de marguerita veio sem tomate, pizza toscana totalmente sem graça, sem molho, massa bem assada só de um lado. Não condiz com o preço (R$36,90). Muitas pizzas de R$20,00 são feitas com mais qualidade do que esta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após 20 minutos depois de realizar o pedido, informaram que NÃO TINHAM OS INGREDIENTES (PEPPERONI), ou seja, tivemos que pedir outra coisa, depois de já ter PAGO e ESPERADO. Pedimos algo que equivaleria ao valor e depois de MAIS DEMODA, VEIO ERRADO ainda, algo que valeria menos. Enfim, perca de tempo, muita dor de cabeça e umas atendentes incompetentes e "debochadas"(leia-se arrogantes).
NÃO VÃO!!!! Aviso dado.
After 20 minutes after placing the order, they informed that they DID NOT HAVE THE INGREDIENTS (PEPPERONI), that is, we had to order something else, after having already PAID and WAITED. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do Patroni desde a inauguração. Sempre gostei dos pratos oferecidos, atendimento, variedade, especialmente o preço que é bem em conta como, tem almoço por R$ 13,90 chamado DON AMERICA.
O pizzaiollo Clécio, na minha modéstia opinião, é o melhor da cidade! Aconselho a irem saborear as maravilhas que ele produz em pizza!
I have been a Patroni customer since the opening. I always liked the dishes offered, service, variety, especially the price that is very affordable as there is lunch for R$ 13.90 called DON AMERICA.
The pizzaiollo Clécio, in my modest opinion, is the best in town! I advise you to go and taste the wonders he produces in pizza!
