★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi as 11 horas , liguei as 12:00 falou que não sabia que ia ver , agora são 13:30 e ainda não chegou , ja é a segunda vezes que acontece, perderam 1 cliente , a na verdade a família pois todos pediam .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência nas duas vezes que pedi!!!! Primeira vez pedi sem algumas coisas e veiocom tudo que não pedi. Segunda vez não fizeram nem questão de me dar um toque no celular quando chegaram, sendo que a empresa é enorme, extensa e barulhenta. Não tinha como saber a hora que chegava, sendo que fiz o pedido 9hrs da manhã. Trabalhando que nem doida, na maior correria, vou ficar de alerta esperando motoboy? Porque foram essas as desculpas que me deram. Não resolveram meu problema, só me deram desculpas e mais desculpas, enfim.... fiquei 14hrs da tarde sem almoço. Mas graças a Deus me indicaram outro lugar que me entregaram super rápido!!! Não adianta nada cobrar 10 reais e não fazer nada para satisfazer o cliente. PESSIMA E EXPERIENCIA!
Bad experience the two times I asked for it!!!! First time I ordered without some things and it came with everything I didn't ask for. Second time they didn't even bother to give me a ring on my cell when they arrived, the company being huge, sprawling and noisy. There was no way to know what time it was arriving, as I ordered at 9:00 in the morning. Working like crazy, in a rush, am I going to be on alert waiting for the motoboy? Because those were the excuses they gave me. They didn't solve my problem, they just gave me excuses and more excuses, anyway.... I was 14 hrs in the afternoon without lunch. But thank God they showed me another place that I was delivered super fast!!! It's no use charging 10 reais and doing nothing to satisfy the customer. TERRIBLE AND EXPERIENCE!
