★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma bateria deixando claro a indicação da motocicleta e amperagem necessárias, mandaram outra inferior e tentaram me empurrar dizendo que a "amperagem era dobrada porque a bateria é japonesa e a medida é diferente". Amperagem é uma medida universal. Agora um leigo poderia cair nessa conversa e levar um produto inadequado. Aí diante da minha negativa em aceitar aquele produto inadequado ao meu pedido e necessidade, queriam me cobrar R$ 50,00 pela "visita técnica".

Amperage is a universal measure. Now a layman could fall into this conversation and take an inappropriate product. Then, in view of my refusal to accept that product that was inadequate to my request and need, they wanted to charge me R$ 50.00 for the "technical visit".

Pedi, pra me entregarem uma bateria, o rapaz veio totalmente despreparado, sem a peça pra testar a carga da mesma e o alternador, colocou uma bateria inferior, aí percebi e ele precisou trocar tudo de novo e pra fechar, não trouxe o aparelho pra não deixar o veiculo totalmente sem carga, açao que causa serios problemas no carro. Resultado, meu carro está com a luz do controle de estabilidade aceso o tempo todo e vou ter que levar para um mecanico avaliar, correndo o risco de tomar um prejuizo enorme, pois estes carros usam dezenas de modulos, extremamente sensiveis e CAROS. Se isso acontecer, irei acionar a empresa judicialmente. MAntive retorno com o responsável que me ignorou completamente. Sem problema, deixa comigo...

I asked for a battery to be delivered to me, the guy came totally unprepared, without the part to test its charge and the alternator, he put an inferior battery, then I realized and he had to change everything again and to close it, I didn't bring the device to do not leave the vehicle completely unloaded, which causes serious problems in the car. Result, my car has the stability control light on all the time and I'll have to take it to a mechanic to evaluate it, at the risk of taking a huge loss, because these cars use dozens of modules, extremely sensitive and EXPENSIVE. If that happens, I will sue the company in court. I kept returning with the person in charge who completely ignored me. No problem, leave it to me...
