★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom pra mim é uma vergonha o cidadão vem pra resolver o seu IPTU e ficar horas a esperae e na hora a atendente falar q o sistema operacional não está pegando e q toda tarde o sistema cai e não tem como atender.
 Well for me it is a shame the citizen comes to solve his IPTU and spend hours waiting and when the attendant speaks q the operating system is not picking up and q every afternoon the system goes down and there is no way to answer.

Em relação ao suporte piorou, o e-mail que consta no site da mensagem de retorno automatica informando que não foi possivel entregar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O endereço que consta é o antigo, na Av Marechal Floriano. Já tem aproximadamente um ano que estão atendendo no Paulista NortWay e ninguém se dá ao trabalho de mudança do endereço. E os telefones, nenhum funciona. Isso é um absurdo!

Horário de funcionamento está reduzido devido às medidas sanitárias, é das 8h às 14h de seg. à sex. Mesmo não sendo o horário de funcionamento do shopping é permitido entrar as 8h para ir para secretaria que fica após o detran, próximo ao Boris.

Estou resolvendo a regularização da minha casa e praticamente toda semana tenho que vir aqui e gastar 8 reais de estacionamento. Isso no orçamento pesa. Enfim, é uma organização desorganizada. Para o IPTU de 2021, a retirada só pelo site, eles não vão entregar pelos correios. Segue foto de todo o processo da retirada do IPTU.
