★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido na clínica através do plano Rubi da Cruz Azul Saúde. O plano cobre apenas a bateria padrão e não cosmética, mas erraram ao autorizar os exames, pois incluíram a bateria cosmética. Na clínica, detectaram o erro e o funcionário Nestor ligou prontamente na Cruz Azul para solucionar a questão, pois eu tinha o email do plano autorizando. O responsável no plano autorizou o exame, realizando pagamento avulso, o que já mostrou o compromisso com seus clientes. Infelizmente, perdi o exame, pois tive de operar no dia da leitura, devido apendicite. Passado o período de recuperação, liguei na clínica e Nestor me atendeu prontamente, me encaixando para aplicação do teste novamente, pois minha alergia estava muito atacada. Fui extremamente bem atendido, tendo o médico inclusive vindo olhar minha mão, pois se estivesse muito ruim, teria de medicar e aguardar uma melhora, mas estava num nível aceitável para fazer o exame. É um pouco chato não poder tomar banho completo por 2 dias, tem de tomar muito cuidado para não molhar o exame, ou perde tudo, mas compensa. Amanhã já farei a última leitura e espero solucionar esse dilema sobre o que causa essa alergia na minha mão. ?
 I was treated at the clinic through the Rubi Blue Cross Health Plan. The plan covers only the standard and non-cosmetic battery but erred when authorizing the exams as they included the cosmetic battery. At the clinic, they detected the error and the employee Nestor called the Blue Cross promptly to solve the issue, because I had the email from the plan authorizing. The person in charge of the plan authorized the examination, making a one-off payment, which has already shown the commitment to its clients. Unfortunately, I missed the exam, because I had to operate on the day of reading, due to appendicitis. After the recovery period, I called the clinic and Nestor answered me promptly, fitting me to apply the test again, because my allergy was very much attacked. I was extremely well attended, the doctor even coming to look at my hand, because if it was very bad, I would have to medicate and wait for an improvement, but I was at an acceptable level to take the exam. It is a bit annoying not to be able to take a full bath for 2 days, you have to be very careful not to wet the exam, or lose everything, but it pays off. Tomorrow I will do the last reading and I hope to solve this dilemma about what causes this allergy in my hand. (I.e.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou fazendo acompanhamento médico com o Dr. Marcelo, que me solicitou que utilizasse a vacina, cheguei a usar a Subcutânea e a agora estou aplicando a Sublingual porque a primeira estava agravando a minha alergia com a reação ao medicamento, e já estou no 4º mês indo pro 5º (ou seja, já estou quase na minha 5ª consulta) e não senti nenhuma melhora da minha Dermatite Atópica em relação, estou seguindo as recomendações para evitar pioras, no entanto mesmo assim não vi nenhum progresso no tratamento, ao contrário do que o médico diz que está melhorando sim, isso que parece que piorou esteticamente depois que iniciei o tratamento. Sem contar que não acho justo descontar o valor da consulta durante o processo de retorno, prejudica quem não possui convênio ou não é aceito pela clínica, mesmo que seja acompanhamento, pois o valor das consultas são caras, principalmente dependendo do dia que você for e também o valor dos medicamentos que não são nada baratos. Espero que a afirmação do médico esteja correta, pois não suporto mais ficar com uma crise alérgica a ponto de não poder fazer as coisas que quero, e ficar gastando atoa e usando medicamentos que aparentemente se parecem ineficazes no tratamento.
I am doing medical monitoring with Dr. Marcelo, who asked me to use the vaccine, I even used Subcutaneous and now I am applying Sublingual because the first was aggravating my allergy with the reaction to the medication, and I am already in the 4th month going to the 5th (that is, I’m almost on my 5th appointment) and I didn’t feel any improvement in my Atopic Dermatitis in relation, I’m following the recommendations to avoid getting worse, however even so I didn’t see any progress in the treatment, contrary to what the doctor says it is getting better, that seems to have gotten worse aesthetically after I started the treatment. Not to mention that I do not think it is fair to discount the value of the consultation during the return process, it harms those who do not have an agreement or are not accepted by the clinic, even if it is monitoring, as the value of the consultations is expensive, especially depending on the day you are and also the value of medicines that are not cheap at all. I hope the doctor's statement is correct, as I can no longer bear to have an allergic crisis to the point that I cannot do the things I want to do, and spend spending time using drugs that seem to be ineffective in the treatment.
