Amei minha experiência com o Instituto Paulista da mulher... tive que mudar de convênio com 36 semanas de gestação, não tinham médicos que me aceitassem com esse tempo de gravidez mas por indicação liguei no instituto e o doutor Ricardo Esteban me aceitou e fui muito bem tratada no pré natal, , no centro cirúrgico, nas consultas após o nascimento foi tudo feito com muito profissionalismo. Não tenho do que reclamar! Sou fã do doutor Ricardo e da doutora Danielle, médicos excelentes, eu e meu Léo estávamos em ótimas mãos! Não troco por nada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento do DR Ricardo, sai do consultório devastada, ele sequer ouviu quais eram os meus sintomas e saiu disparando que era por conta do meu peso, sequer olhou pra mim, não perguntou o meu histórico familiar , ou exames anteriores , absolutamente nada!! Nunca mais voltarei a este médico, existem pessoas que sequer deveriam atuar em tal profissão. Ressalto que antes de mim havia um casal de pessoas de pele clara, claramente com alto poder aquisitivo, o qual eu ouvi a consulta, onde o mesmo foi super simpático, atencioso, diferente da minha consulta de 5 minutos!!!!
ANTES DE QUALQUER DIAGNÓSTICO O MESMO DEVERIA VERIFICAR OS EXAMES, NAO SAIR VOMITANDO E FALANDO QUE A CULPA É DO PESO!hoje fui a consulta com uma outra médica, que deu um diagnóstico acertivo que nada tem a ver com o meu peso!
Meu nome não é Babi, é meu apelido como é possível verificar, meu nome é Bárbara Gabriele Rodrigues Silva, se vê a credibilidade quando não aceitam uma avaliação que não é de acordo com a que querem eu não gostei do atendimento, e verifiquei em outra clinica que o mesmo atende que não fui a única, então ele não é tão bem avaliado assim!!!!!!
Quanto ao endereço eu errei na outra avaliação, pois apenas coloquei instituto Paulista da Mulher, não vi que haviam 2 endereços, porém eu fui atendida na Unidade de Santana.!!
Caso ainda duvide da avaliação anexo a foto do meu pedido do print do convenio com a consulta, ou a confirmação da mesma que recebi via Whatsapp.
I didn't like DR Ricardo's service, I left the office devastated, he didn't even hear what my symptoms were and went off shooting because of my weight, he didn't even look at me, he didn't ask about my family history, or previous exams, absolutely nothing !! I will never return to this doctor, there are people who should not even work in such a profession. I emphasize that before me there was a couple of light-skinned people, clearly with high purchasing power, who I heard the consultation, where he was super friendly, attentive, different from my 5 minute appointment !!!!
BEFORE ANY DIAGNOSIS THE SAME SHOULD CHECK THE EXAMS, DO NOT EXIT VOMITING AND TELLING THAT THE BLAME IS WEIGHT! Today I went to see another doctor, who gave an accurate diagnosis that has nothing to do with my weight!

If you still have doubts about the evaluation, please attach the photo of my order printout of the agreement with the consultation, or the confirmation of the same that I received via Whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato às 10:15 (14/09) solicitando agendar consulta pelo meu Conveio, a atendente informou que eles só estavam atendendo pacientes antigos para retorno. Dei uma olhada nas avaliações daqui e vi que tem uma mesma reclamação, entrei em contato novamente às 10:49 falando que eu era nova paciente e perguntei qual era o valor da consulta e se tinha agenda aberta, prontamente a atendente me falou o valor da consulta e me perguntou para quando eu queria... O problema da clinica é que eles não estão atendendo novos paciente da Intermédica e não os novos pacientes, já que não querem trabalhar com esse convênio deveriam se descredenciar e não fazer esse descaso com os novos pacientes isso com certeza suja a imagem da clinica.
I got in touch at 10:15 (09/14) requesting to schedule an appointment through my Conveio, the attendant informed that they were only seeing old patients for return. I took a look at the evaluations here and saw that there is the same complaint, I contacted again at 10:49 am saying that I was a new patient and asked what the value of the consultation was and if there was an open schedule, the attendant promptly told me the value of the appointment and asked me when I wanted... The problem with the clinic is that they are not seeing new patients from Intermédica and not new patients, since they do not want to work with this agreement, they should disqualify themselves and not neglect new ones patients, this certainly dirty the image of the clinic.
