ao chegar na loja podemos contar com a simpatia da dona da loja Marcela que além de atender aos clientes com um sorriso contagiante ainda faz perguntas chaves pra que o cliente saiba exatamente quais lentes comprar e oferecer um atendimento personalizado. Seus óculos ficam prontos em 1 hora e você pode retirar facilmente no mesmo dia.

Ótica que não te empurra armações que você não precisa trocar, pois só trabalha com lentes. Preços excelentes, mesmo as da Zeiss, que são feitas fora. Ainda recebi com tratamento antirreflexo sem cobrança extra.
Cumpre todos os prazos que promete. No meu caso que são lentes variáveis, fiz 2 pares de óculos com as minhas armações. Ficaram mais em conta que um só par de lentes em outra ótica. Excelente negócio.
Além de toda a experiência da Marcela que ajustou a minha armação que ficou perfeita e o atendimento gentil da Raquel.
E dá prazos bem maiores que as que estou acostumados para refazer no caso de erros no exame médico.
Não sei se ainda sou capaz de ir a uma outra ótica para fazer as minhas lentes. Fiquei cliente cativo.
