Nao enxergo explicação de - em ambos, na mesma pata, unhas cortadas outras nao. Ocorrendo de um dos PETs nao ter NENHUMA unha aparada na mesma patinha!
O fato de nao acompanhar os PETs no procedimento (simples), tmb me causa desconforto.
 I took two cats to trim nails, on 03/04/2021.
I do not see an explanation of - in both, in the same paw, nails cut, others not. Occurring that one of the PETs does not have ANY nails trimmed in the same paw!
The fact of not following the PETs in the procedure (simple), also causes me discomfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nem usei os serviços veterinários, só procurei o lugar porque o fornecedor de meias Tiki Pets o indicou como ponto de venda. A princípio achei ok, mas quando eu quis comprar, começaram os problemas. Eu expliquei que não queria ir no local por causa da quarentena, e perguntei se poderia fazer via transferência bancária, que eu enviaria um motoboy para retirar os produtos. Ok, me passaram o número da conta, Itaú para Itaú, mandei o comprovante na hora e... acreditem, falaram que precisava esperar o financeiro confirmar se o dinheiro entrou. Falei, mas gente, o que vocês querem que eu faça, se eu já mandei comprovante, não tenho como pegar o dinheiro de volta!!!! Sério, essa parte eu achei um absurdo, demoraram tipo meia hora pra dizer que eu poderia enviar um motoboy sendo que eu fui super rápida. Fiquei explicando que a transferência era de Itaú pra Itaú, não tinha como demorar tudo isso, mas a pessoa disse que a menina do financeiro estava ocupada ao telefone e que só depois entraria na conta para verificar se o dinheiro entrou. É muita má vontade e desconfiança.
I didn't even use veterinary services, I just looked for the place because the sock supplier Tiki Pets indicated it as a point of sale. Seriously, this part I thought was absurd, it took me like half an hour to say that I could send a courier being that I was super fast. I was explaining that the transfer was from Itaú to Itaú, there was no way to take all of this, but the person said that the financial girl was busy on the phone and that only afterwards she would enter the account to check if the money came in. It is very ill will and mistrust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Golden frequenta desde os 4 meses de idade. Atendimento veterinário, vacinas e produtos Nota 10, mas se quiser dar banho e tosa pode chegar à Nota 1000. Sistema leva e traz, estacionamento em frente que atende muito bem a demanda. Preços competitivos em relação à concorrência. São 12 anos sendo atendida assim. Super recomendo.
My Golden has been attending since I was 4 months old. Veterinary care, vaccines and Note 10 products, but if you want to bathe and shear you can reach the Note 1000. System takes and brings, parking in front that meets the demand very well. Competitive prices in relation to the competition. It's been 12 years being attended to like this. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Zack, cachorrinho da minha irmã, só vai lá. O veterinário é super cuidadoso, carinhoso com os cachorrinhos e competente. Os atendentes bem solicitos. O banho e tosa são muito bons e ele sai de lá toda semana bem cheiroso e arrumadinho!
Zack, my sister's puppy, just goes there. The vet is super careful, affectionate with puppies and competent. The attendants well requested. The bath and grooming are very good and he leaves there every week smelling and tidy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levo meu golden nesta veterinária para tomar banho e as vezes fazer tosa higiênica. Os funcionários, de maneira geral, são atenciosos. Não posso reclamar. Porém a gerência e os donos não são nem um pouco agradáveis! Precisei reclamar duas vezes q meu cachorro estava úmido ainda após o banho e uma tosa q nao ficou boa. Na primeira reclamação do banho, resolveram o problema. Mas agora ficam me olhando de cara feia, como se não fosse bem vinda. Esperei um pouco para não ser injusta e relevei a primeira vez q me senti desconfortável. Mas não posso mais ignorar qd a gerente e os donos lançam olhares desagradáveis e mal me cumprimentam. Apenas continuei pq o custo/benefício valia a pena. E não esquecendo da única vez q tratei uma alergia do meu cachorro e o dono receita os produtos mais caros possíveis da farmácia deles. Como li em outra avaliação, um verdadeiro mercenario! Vou levar meu cachorro em outro lugar pq espero ser bem tratada nos estabelecimentos onde sou cliente.
I take my golden in this vet to bathe and sometimes make hygienic grooming. The staff, in general, are attentive. I can not complain. However, management and owners are not pleasant at all! I had to complain twice that my dog was still wet after the shower and a grooming was not good. In the first complaint about the bath, they solved the problem. But now they are looking at me with a frown, as if I were not welcome. I waited a little to not be unfair and I reread the first time that I felt uncomfortable. But I can no longer ignore the manager and the owners throw unpleasant looks and barely greet me. I just kept going because the cost / benefit was worth it. And not forgetting the only time I treated an allergy to my dog and the owner prescribes the most expensive products possible from their pharmacy. As I read in another review, a true mercenary! I will take my dog elsewhere because I hope to be treated well in the establishments where I am a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários são tratados piores que os cachorros nesse pet. Não podem nem sentar. Sem contar os cachorros a venda na vitrine e os equipamentos baratos de banho e tosa. Péssimo, não recomendo.
Employees are treated worse than dogs in this pet. They can't even sit. Not to mention the dogs for sale in the window and the cheap bathing and grooming equipment. Terrible, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja perceberam que nunca para funcionário? Pois é, ninguém aguenta a gerência muito menos a dona, já viram os comentários dos clientes? Se o cliente e tratado assim imagina os funcionários.
Regras absurdas, humilhações do tipo de estar com a perna doendo e não poder agachar, AGACHAR. Nos funcionários que tratamos seu cachorro É da melhor forma possível, pois gostamos do que fazemos, GOSTAMOS DOS ANIMAIS só que as vezes temos que termina um cachorro em 30 minutos sendo que o normal é 1h, eai já viu né? Não é no tempo do animal é no tempo deles.
Have you noticed that never for an employee? Well, no one can stand the management, much less the owner, have you seen the customer comments? If the customer is treated like that, imagine the employees.
Absurd rules, humiliations like having your leg hurt and not being able to squat, CROUCH. In the employees we treat your dog It's the best way possible, because we like what we do, WE LIKE ANIMALS but sometimes we have to finish a dog in 30 minutes and the normal is 1h, so you've seen it, right? It's not the animal's time, it's their time.
