Just responding to Ms Amanda's comment... She sent a message outside of business hours and even so it was answered to her and the other day as soon as the store was opened, mgs were already sent to her solving her case
We were even available and it was changed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sábado dia 05/03 foi a segunda vez que estive no local comprando produtos. Fiz um orçamento para trocar a tela do celular, troquei a película e comprei dois fones de ouvido de fio. Fui bem atendida, pessoas atenciosas, porém em menos de uma semana tive problema com um dos fones, o material de tão frágil e péssima qualidade começou a esfarelar e quebrar. Não fui mal uso e nem teve força pra isso. Contatei provavelmente a dona, expliquei o acontecido e ela quase sugerindo que eu havia quebrado pois saiu de lá intacto. Não fez questão alguma de fazer algo e disse que o fabricante não troca. Resumindo, cliente saiu no prejuízo e insatisfeito. Perdeu uma cliente que iria trocar a tela do celular na próxima semana e que sempre estaria comprando.
Saturday 05/03 was the second time I was there buying products. I made a budget to change the cell phone screen, changed the film and bought two wire headphones. I was well attended, attentive people, but in less than a week I had a problem with one of the headphones, the material of such fragile and poor quality began to crumble and break. I wasn't misused and didn't even have the strength to do so. I probably contacted the owner, explained what had happened and she almost suggested that I had broken it because it left intact. He didn't make any point of doing anything and said that the manufacturer does not change. In short, the customer left at a loss and dissatisfied. Lost a customer who was going to change her cell phone screen next week and who would always be shopping.
