Também sou cliente da profissional Cláudia sempre muita atenciosa, onde cuida do meu cabelo com pintura ,reflexo e escova .
Parabéns também ao atendente Guilherme que nos recepciona sempre com muita gentileza .
Enfim, estou muito satisfeita com este Estabelecimento por ter os melhores profissionais de Niterói.
I have been a client of this Establishment for over 30 years, I only cut my hair with the professional Paulo, who is always very attentive. I only trust him to cut my hair.
I am also a client of professional Cláudia, who is always very attentive, where she takes care of my hair with paint, reflex and brush.
Congratulations also to the attendant Guilherme who always welcomes us very kindly.
Anyway, I'm very pleased with this Establishment for having the best professionals in Niterói.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vou esquecer a experiência horrível que tive nesse salão. Fiz meu cabelo com a Zezé uma vez (maravilhosa, por sinal).
Fiquei tão feliz com o resultado e simpatia dela que voltei. Só que não tinha horário com ela na semana, então me marcaram com um Sérgio, acho que é isso o nome.
Quando cheguei, ele me olhou de uma forma, nunca me senti tão humilhada só com um olhar.
Ele perguntou para recepcionista QUEM havia me marcado com ele, nem fez questão de perguntar baixo, se desfazendo de mim.
Fui até a recepcionista e falei que não queria que ele encostasse a mão no meu cabelo.
Ela prontamente me passou para outro profissional. Eu fiz o corte com os olhos cheios de lágrima.
Isso já tem bastante tempo, mas na época eu tinha acabado de mudar para Niterói e tinha vergonha de falar as coisas.
Hoje entendo que se a gente não falar, essas coisas vão continuar acontecendo
Nos julgam pela aparência. Eu preta, cabelo crespo, não usava mega na época, não merecia um atendimento digno pelo visto. Nunca mais voltei.
I will never forget the horrible experience I had at that salon. I did my hair with Zezé once (wonderful, by the way).
I was so happy with the result and her sympathy that I came back. But I didn't have an appointment with her during the week, so they set me up with a Sérgio, I think that's the name.
When I arrived, he looked at me in a way, I've never felt so humiliated with just one look.
He asked the receptionist WHO had tagged me with him, he didn't even make a point of asking quietly, getting rid of me.
I went to the receptionist and said I didn't want him to touch my hair.
She promptly passed me on to another professional. I made the cut with tears in my eyes.
This has been going on for a long time, but at the time I had just moved to Niterói and I was ashamed to say things.
Today I understand that if we don't talk, these things will keep happening
They judge us by appearance. I black, curly hair, didn't wear mega at the time, apparently didn't deserve a decent service. I never came back.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive to me, I thought the service was excellent! I don't live in Brazil but when I'm visiting and need a salon I'll definitely come back there!
