Liguei na loja e falaram que não podem trocar, absurdo e descaso.

O produto estava quebrado e se recusaram a trocar. Loja extremamente amadora. É um camelô dentro do shopping.

Eu liguei 3 vezes antes de me deslocar para a loja para confirmar se realmente eles tinham o display para o meu celular e a atendente L. (Não vou expô-la por aqui) me informou que sim, a pronta entrega. Ao chegar na loja, a mesma me informou que o técnico já estava chegando com a peça, e que levaria 20 minutos para trocar. Após cerca de 1hora, retornei à loja e, para minha surpresa, o técnico nem apareceu e não entrou em contato. Eu tive que insistir muito para uma outra funcionária verificar se ele já estava chegando e quando ela ligou, a contragosto, ele nem tinha iniciado o deslocamento e falou que não tinha encontrado a peça... Se meus olhos soltassem fogo, a loja inteira estaria carbonizada a essa hora.
ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. Terrible about transparency and honesty with me. I called 3 times before going to the store to confirm that they really had the display for my cell phone and the attendant L. (I will not expose it here) informed me that yes, prompt delivery. Upon arriving at the store, she informed me that the technician was already arriving with the part, and that it would take 20 minutes to change. After about 1 hour, I returned to the store and, to my surprise, the technician didn't even show up and didn't contact me. Até aceitei a justificativa dada, porém teria retirado meu aparelho de lá e buscado outro local para o servico, se eles nao tivessem simplesmente destruído ele para fazer o orçamento!! Bom, finalmente busquei meu tablet e quando cheguei em casa o display estava soltando, saindo do lugar. Voltei lá e solicitei o ajuste. Quando fui buscá-lo, notei que a parte de cima ainda soltava um pouco e comentei com o atendente, que foi grosseiro e disse "O que poderíamos fazer, já foi feito!" Não acreditei no que ouvi! Paguei pelo serviço! Fui obrigada a aguardar por meses! E ainda ouço isso? Para eliminar dores de cabeça fui embora um meu tablet daquele jeito msm, muito descontente com o serviço no geral! Não bati boca, pois estava com uma criança! Então gostaria de deixar um recado ao último atendente com quem tive contato: quando pagamos pelo serviço, qualquer que seja, subentendemos que ele sera executado até o fim, fazendo jus ao valor desembolsado por ele! Valorizando o meu trabalho e o seu! É o minimo que se espera! Tenho certeza que se fosse o seu tablet, ou de um amigo, a finalização do trabalho seria bem diferente! O fato é que voces estavam loucos pra finalizar o meu caso, e o finalizaram de qualquer jeito! Só uma dica de sucesso para o futuro: quando fizer algo para alguem, remunerado ou nao, faça como se fosse para voce mesmo!

Well, I finally got my tablet and when I got home the display was dropping out of place. I went back there and requested the adjustment. When I went to get it, I noticed that the top part was still loosening a little and I commented to the attendant, who was rude and said "What we could do, it has already been done!" I didn't believe what I heard! I paid for the service! I was forced to wait for months! Do I still hear that? To eliminate headaches I left my tablet that way, very unhappy with the service in general! I didn't talk because I was with a child! So I would like to leave a message to the last attendant with whom I had contact: when we pay for the service, whatever it may be, we imply that it will be executed until the end, being entitled to the amount disbursed by him! Valuing my work and yours! It is the minimum expected! I'm sure that if it was your tablet, or a friend's, the completion of the work would be quite different! The fact is that you were dying to end my case, and ended it anyway! Just a tip of success for the future: when you do something for someone, paid or not, do it as if it were for yourself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carregador turbo com cabo de celular da Samsung no valor de R$120,00, aconteceu que o carregador não funcionava, fui na loja para trocar, me deram outro carregador que também não funcionava, fui novamente na loja pra trocar, me deram um terceiro carregador, o carregador é turbo e tem o carregamento mais demorado que já vi na vida. Voltei na loja e trocaram por outro lote e modelo, depois de alguns testes junto com a vendedora, consegui uma carregador que funcionasse em um tempo ok de carregamento.
Minha impressão final da loja: As atendentes mostraram boa vontade em me ajudar, me atenderam com simpatia, os produtos da loja me deixaram com um pouco de receio, até pq não são baratos. Dificilmente compraria novamente, não tive uma experiência boa e vejo agora o tanto de reclamação que a loja tem dos seus produtos.

Difícil entender como pode uma empresa nesse nível estar instalada dentro de um Shopping. Não comprem nada neste local, se comprar a insatisfação estará garantida. Empresa Pc Cell totalmente desonesta com seus clientes.
