★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia de hoje fui no Pecorino localizado no Shopping Jundiaí e a experiência foi bastante frustrante. Já frequentei outras unidades, mas a deste lugar foi a que mais deixou a desejar. Aliás, já estava receoso com os pedidos entregues pelo delivery, mas resolvemos dar uma chance ao restaurante físico. A começar pelo atendimento, ficamos imaginando como um local com apenas duas meses ocupadas pode deixar o salão desatendido? Ou então a frieza e falta de cortesia dos atendentes? Digo pois numa cidade com tantas boas opções de comida italiana é preciso ter um pouco de cuidado e atenção com os clientes, cortesia e boa refeição fidelizam. Pedimos uma burrata na entrada, e recebemos em pouco tempo de fato, mas a falta de cremosidade e fatias de pão "borrachudos" já causaram péssima impressão. Sendo justo, no mesmo shopping há um Restaurante Maremontti que também não possui a melhor burrata, nivelando por baixo.
Uma água com gás da pior qualidade e sem outras opções, num valor que considero abusivo, deveriam investir em outras opções.
No prato principal pedimos um RISOTTO DEL MARE e SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA, estes estava com molho excessivo, fiquei inpressionado o quão exotico estava o espaguete, algo que nunca havia presenciado em outros locais. O risoto que deveria conter mexilhões não os continham, deixando a desejar. Para finalizar aguardamos que um dos garçons pudesse retornar ao salão principal para solicitarmos a conta, pois não iriamos "arriscar e desperdiçar" uma sobremesa hahaha Acho que a falta de capricho nos detalhes e o atendimento precário são os principais pontos negativos, não me surpreende o motivo de várias passar pelo local e encontrar a casa com poucas mesas ocupadas.
Em resumo, se você é da região aconselho outras opções italianas, pois não acho que pelo valor cobrado justifique a qualidade da comida e a experiência no local.
Today I went to Pecorino located in Shopping Jundiaí and the experience was quite frustrating. I've frequented other units, but this place was the one that left a lot to be desired. In fact, I was already afraid of the orders delivered by delivery, but we decided to give the physical restaurant a chance. Starting with the service, we wonder how a place with only two months of use can leave the salon unattended? Or else the coldness and lack of courtesy of the attendants? I say because in a city with so many good options for Italian food, it is necessary to be a little careful and attentive to customers, courtesy and good meal loyalty. We ordered a burrata at the start, and received it in a short time indeed, but the lack of creaminess and "borrachudos" bread slices already caused a bad impression. To be fair, in the same mall there is a Maremontti Restaurant that also doesn't have the best burrata, on a low level.
A sparkling water of the worst quality and without other options, at a value that I consider abusive, they should invest in other options.
For the main course we ordered a RISOTTO DEL MARE and SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA, these were with excessive sauce, I was impressed how exotic the spaghetti was, something I had never seen in other places. The risotto that was supposed to contain mussels did not, leaving something to be desired. Finally, we waited for one of the waiters to return to the main hall to ask for the bill, as we wouldn't "risk and waste" a dessert hahaha I think the lack of care in the details and the poor service are the main negative points, I'm not surprised reason for several to pass by the place and find the house with few tables occupied.
In summary, if you are from the region, I advise other Italian options, because I don't think that for the price charged, it justifies the quality of the food and the experience in the place.

Dessa visita ao Jundiaí shopping fiquei um pouco frustrada com meu nhoque ao queijo, o molho era líquido que tive que pedir uma colher e não era um molho saboroso.
Meu marido teve mais sorte no carbonara mas nada melhor que em outros da região.
O atendimento deixa a desejar, todos os atendentes parecem não estar felizes.
In other units I've been, I found the price and quality to be fair.
From this visit to Jundiaí shopping I was a little frustrated with my gnocchi with cheese, the sauce was liquid that I had to ask for a spoon and it was not a tasty sauce.
My husband had better luck at Carbonara but nothing better than others in the area.
The service leaves something to be desired, all the attendants seem not to be happy.
