★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço muito demorado, só tinha uma funcionária, ela ficou batendo papo com outras 2 garotas, fiquei mais de 20 minutos esperando e simplismente desisti. Falta alguém pra ficar de olho. Funcionário estraga o estabelecimento.
Very long service, there was only one employee, she was chatting with 2 other girls, I was waiting for more than 20 minutes and I just gave up. Someone is missing to keep an eye on. Employee spoils the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora devido a uma só pessoa para atender e cobrar, péssimo atendimento e as porções são sempre menores do que no spoleto do maxi shopping! Seja na quantidade de macarrão, seja na quantidade ver melhor. Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa franquia é péssima atendimento péssimo, não tem respeito nenhum com pedido do cliente e nem com o cliente, só porque terceriza a entrega pelo iFood tira o corpo fora quando tá problema com a entrega como se o pedido não tivesse sido da loja ! E não resolvem nada ! Deixando o cliente com pedidos pagos sem receber o pedido !
This franchise is terrible, terrible service, they have no respect for the customer's order or with the customer, just because they outsource the delivery through iFood, they take the body out when there's a problem with delivery as if the order hadn't been from the store! And they don't solve anything! Leaving the customer with paid orders without receiving the order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há anos, porém hoje minha mãe e eu fomos realizar nosso pedido, eu pedi primeiro uma massa com polpetone. Os pratos de nós duas ficaram prontos, porém o forno do polpetone estava quebrado e só foram me informar depois de eu questionar onde estava a carne. Disseram que estavam reiniciando a máquina e demoraria alguns minutos e, quando pedi se podiam refazer nossos pratos pq já estavam frios, o funcionário Jailton levantou a voz para dizer que apenas esquentaria o que já estava pronto e eu deveria esperar. Esperei por alguns minutos e nada, então minha mãe veio ver o que estava acontecendo e, novamente, o funcionário foi extremamente grosseiro com ela. Como clientes fiéis, estamos muito desapontadas com o atendimento, afinal, o problema não foi o forno quebrado, mas sim a grosseria com os clientes.
I've been a customer for years, but today my mom and I went to place our order, I first ordered a pasta with polpetone. The dishes for both of us were ready, but the polpetone oven was broken and they only informed me after I asked where the meat was. They said they were restarting the machine and it would take a few minutes and when I asked if they could redo our dishes because they were already cold, the Jailton employee raised his voice to say that he would just heat up what was already ready and I should wait. I waited for a few minutes and nothing then my mom came over to see what was going on and again the clerk was extremely rude to her. As loyal customers, we are very disappointed with the service, after all, the problem was not the broken oven, but the rudeness with the customers.
