★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, muito mal organizada, falta de profissionalismo, eles só querem saber de lucrar, tive que fazer coisas que não são de competência de um cuidador de idoso, como limpar banheiro e passar roupa, fiquei doente durante um plantão e no dia seguinte eu tinha que comparecer no mesmo local novamente mas devido a minha saúde deixei avisado que não poderia realizar o plantão no dia seguinte, cancelaram meu contato e me bloquearam por eu não avisar 48h antes sendo que eu não sabia que ia ficar doente, eles não tão nem aí se vc tá morrendo, se vc não fizer oq eles querem te cortam na hora!
Terrible company, very poorly organized, lack of professionalism, they just want to know how to make a profit, I had to do things that are not the responsibility of an elderly caregiver, such as cleaning the bathroom and ironing clothes, I got sick during a shift and the next day I I had to show up at the same place again but due to my health I let them know that I couldn't do the shift the next day, they canceled my contact and blocked me because I didn't notify me 48 hours before, since I didn't know I was going to get sick, they don't even then if you're dying, if you don't do what they want they'll cut you right away!

The caregivers took care of our mother with professionalism, dedication and affection. They were fundamental until the last day of our mother's life. The only point that needs improvement is punctuality. Sometimes they were late. Gratitude for everything! A fraternal hug.

I found Univitta at a very difficult time in my life, and they were perfect, they took care of everything I needed, fulfilled what they promised and sent an angel named Vinicio who took care of my father with a lot of love, affection and respect. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service even in critical situations. I had the pleasure of working with them for 3 years and I was always very well taken care of. Over time the service only got better. They took care of my mother who is now 92 years old. I strongly recommend. Thanks to the UNVITTA team!
