★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com essa empresa! Quase morremos em um passeio que deveria ocorrer para a caverna do diabo em novembro de 2016. O pneu do ônibus estourou 2 vezes e o motorista perdeu o controle na Regis Bittencourt. Uma das rodovias mais perigosas! Ficamos na beira da estrada por mais de 7 horas esperando pelo socorro que demorou muito a chegar! Pra piorar ainda estava com minha filha pequena... olha o perigo! Saímos de São Paulo as 7:00 da manhã e só retornarmos a meia noite sem conseguiu realizar o passeio. Na volta o ônibus reserva ainda quebrou novamente. Usam ônibus muito velho! Cuidado!!!! É sua vida que está em jogo!!! Empresa está muito despreparada!!!
 Beware of this company! We almost died on a ride that was supposed to take place to the devil's cave in November 2016. The bus tire blew twice and the driver lost control at Regis Bittencourt. One of the most dangerous roads! We stayed on the side of the road for more than 7 hours waiting for the help that took a long time to arrive! To make matters worse I was still with my little daughter ... look at the danger! We left São Paulo at 7:00 am and only returned at midnight without being able to complete the tour. On the way back the reservation bus broke down again. They use very old buses! Watch out!!!! It is your life that is at stake !!! Company is very unprepared !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ foi mediana...assim que cheguei fui a um mini shopping baden baden , tomei um cafe e minha decepção começou ali ao precisar usar o banheiro,fui informada que o mesmo " talvez so abrisse as 12" pois estava fechADo para manutenção, mas na vdd o banheiro estava fechado pois a adm do mini shopping segundo disse o atendente do cafe estava deixando o mesmo fechado por causa dos turistas...perai se a cidade é turística o banheiro não pode ser usado pelos turistas ? porque a administração não contrata funcionários para dar conta da demanda de limpeza tendo em vista a quantidade de turistas esperados, afinal a cidade ganha com isso. e tivemos problemas com o atraso do motorista do ônibus e a guia gegê foi meia arisca quando uma colega reclamou da demora do motorista pois estávamos no sol esperando e não tivemos nenhuma informação a respeito do atraso, só depois de questionar sobre o atraso a guia se manifestou sendo meia ríspida e quando o motorista chegou enfim em nenhum momento deram satisfação ou se desculparam do atraso. achei isso meio chato...enfim nós não podemos atrasar, mas o motorista pode kkkkkk
it was average ... as soon as i arrived i went to a baden baden mini mall, had a coffee and my disappointment started there when i needed to use the bathroom, i was informed that the same "maybe only open at 12" because it was closed for maintenance, but on vdd the bathroom was closed because the adm of the mini shopping center said the cafe attendant was leaving it closed because of tourists ... wait if the city is touristy the bathroom cannot be used by tourists? because the administration does not hire employees to take care of the cleaning demand in view of the number of tourists expected, after all the city benefits from this. and we had problems with the delay of the bus driver and the gegê guide was half skittish when a colleague complained about the delay of the driver because we were in the sun waiting and we had no information about the delay, only after questioning the delay the guide would he said he was half harsh and when the driver finally arrived, they never gave any satisfaction or apologized for the delay. I found it a bit boring ... anyway we can't delay, but the driver can kkkkkk

Fui para Paraty. A pousada Vila Del Mar, era toda uma delícia, funcionários atenciosos, quartos confortáveis, café da manhá saboroso e diverso. Roteiro, horários, tudo certinho conforme o combinado! Superou as minhas expectativas. Ahhh... E nossa guia Patrícia, uma fofa!!! Super atenciosa e solicita. Todos os dias e horários de prontidão para ajudar a todos do grupo com a maior alegria e boa vontade.
Foi minha primeira viagem com esta empresa e viajarei sempre com eles e recomendo pra quem quiser também. Muito obrigada a todos os envolvidos! Arrasaram! ❤️
My experience was AMAZING !!!
I went to Paraty. The Pousada Vila Del Mar was a delight, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, tasty and diverse breakfast. Itinerary, schedules, everything just as agreed! It exceeded my expectations. Ahhh ... And our guide Patricia, a cute one !!! Super helpful and prompt. Every day and hours of readiness to help everyone in the group with the greatest joy and goodwill.
It was my first trip with this company and I will always travel with them and I recommend it to anyone who wants it too. Thank you very much to everyone involved! They rocked! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já viajei com esta empresa várias vezes, tanto para passeios de um dia, como para finais de semana. As monitoras são ótimas, muito eticas, as instalações das pousadas são ótimas, o café da manhã e os roteiros escolhidos para os passeios, são perfeitos.
I have traveled with this company several times, both for day trips and weekends. The monitors are great, very ethical, the facilities in the inns are great, the breakfast and the routes chosen for the tours are perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para Trilha das 7 Praias no último domingo (14/11). Pelo o roteiro e pela guia local, eu amei o passeio. Dentro do esperado. O problema foi não ter como tomar banho no final, não havia chuveiro conforme prometido e a guia da agência não se deu ao trabalho de nos dar uma satisfação sobre. Além de ser uma viagem de Van extremamente apertada e desconfortável, ficamos com dor nas pernas e não dormimos direito, muito ruim para quem estava indo fazer uma trilha de 10km. Na última parada, na volta pra São Paulo, mal fomos ao banheiro, pois a guia estava com pressa de chegar logo em São Paulo, tanto é que que chegamos 1:30 antes do previsto. Sentimos que a viagem foi corrida no fim justamente pela guia querer voltar logo e não se preocupar que era nosso dia de passeio. A falta de cuidado nos detalhes nos chateou muito nesta viagem, ainda mais que foi a primeira com essa agência.
I went to Trilha das 7 Praias last Sunday (11/14). From the script and the local guide, I loved the tour. As expected. The problem was that I couldn't take a shower at the end, there was no shower as promised and the agency guide didn't bother to give us an explanation. In addition to being an extremely tight and uncomfortable van trip, we had pain in the legs and we didn't sleep well, too bad for someone who was going to do a 10km trail. At the last stop, on the way back to São Paulo, we barely went to the bathroom, as the guide was in a hurry to get to São Paulo right away, so much so that we arrived at 1:30 am before schedule. We felt that the trip was rushed at the end precisely because the guide wanted to come back soon and not worry that it was our day of tour. The lack of care for details bothered us a lot on this trip, especially since it was the first with this agency.

Extremamente duras, desconfortáveis.
Muito apertada.
O banco da frente quando deita, a pessoa fica no seu colo deitada. As nossas pernas até da cãibra d tanto que dói.
Não tem como deitar o banco na penúltima cadeira.
Por que se não esmaga a pessoa de traz.
Pula muito.
Amortecedor zero.
No meu caso fui fazer a trilha das 7 praias.
Viajamos a noite toda.
Chegamos lá quebrados.
Uma pena, tantos passeios legais.
Mas infelizmente, péssimo a locomoção.
I'm never going again and I don't recommend the cause of the vans.
Extremely hard, uncomfortable.
Very tight.
When the front seat lies down, the person is on your lap lying down. Our legs even cramp up so much it hurts.
There is no way to put the stool down on the penultimate chair.
Why not crush the person from behind.
It jumps a lot.
Zero shock absorber.
In my case, I went on the 7 beaches trail.
We traveled all night.
We got there broken.
Too bad, so many cool rides.
But unfortunately, locomotion is terrible.

Contratei para fazer a Caverna e Garganta do diabo. Primeiro o ônibus enviado já veio com um dos pneus estourados (isso mesmo estourado mas segundo o motorista dava para chegar) o que fez com a chegada no destino atrasasse duas horas (o ônibus ia em marcha lenta). Chegamos ao destinos tudo teve que ser feito as pressas, terminamos o tour pela garganta (guias locais maravilhosos, único ponto positivo do passeio), devido ao atraso saímos da garganta fomos almoçar (almoçamos com a guia falando que só tínhamos meia hora o tempo todo) e não conseguimos fazer a segunda parte do tour. Tivemos que almoçar as pressas para sair de lá as 16:30. A guia da agência em momento algum reconheceu os erros por parte da agência. A guia informou que em nosso roteiro não incluía a segunda parte que seria a visita a caverna. Na hora de voltar novamente devido ao pneu o motorista veio em marcha lenta o que ocasionou mais duas horas de atraso na volta. A guia ignorou todos os pedidos para parar na volta para uso do banheiro nosso destino final era a estação Vergueiro ás 21:30. Agora são 22:34 e estou escrevendo de dentro do metrô no linha amarela porque fomos abandonados na estação São Paulo Morumbi porque simplesmente o ônibus não tinha condições de continuar. Tivemos que simplesmente descer do ônibus e seguir de metrô. No meu caso deixei o carro na Estação Vergueiro e estou indo buscar. Resumindo passeio incompleto, ônibus que não oferece segurança aos passageiros, falta de respeito com os clientes. Não recomendo! Total falta de profissionalismo, conseguem transformar um dia que era para ser agradável em um dia totalmente desagradável.
Ressaltando tirando os guias locais toda a parte organizada pela Pegue sua Mochila foi decadente.
Bad experience!
I hired to make the Devil's Cave and Throat. First, the sent bus already came with one of the blown tires (it was blown out but according to the driver it was possible to arrive) which caused the arrival at the destination to be delayed by two hours (the bus was idling). We arrived at the destinations, everything had to be done in a hurry, we finished the tour through the gorge (wonderful local guides, the only positive point of the tour), due to the delay we left the gorge and went for lunch (we had lunch with the guide saying that we only had half an hour all the time ) and we couldn't do the second part of the tour. We had to have lunch in a hurry to get out of there at 4:30 pm. The agency guide at no time acknowledged the errors on the part of the agency. The guide informed that our itinerary did not include the second part, which would be the visit to the cave. When it was time to go back again, due to the tire, the driver was idling, which caused another two hours of delay in the return. The guide ignored all requests to stop on the way back to use the bathroom our final destination was Vergueiro station at 21:30. Now it's 22:34 and I'm writing from inside the subway on the yellow line because we were abandoned at the São Paulo Morumbi station because the bus simply wasn't able to continue. We had to simply get off the bus and take the subway. In my case, I left the car at Vergueiro Station and am going to pick it up. In short, incomplete tour, buses that do not offer passengers safety, lack of respect for customers. I do not recommend! Total lack of professionalism, they manage to turn a day that was supposed to be pleasant into a totally unpleasant day.
Taking out the local guides, all the part organized by Take Your Backpack was decadent.
