O atendimento e atenção da Roberta foram excepcionais, desde o começo até o final de minha viagem. A começar pelo preço, cotei essa mesma viagem em outra empresa e a diferença de valores foi gritante.
O serviço de transfer foi perfeito, com pessoas educadas, que nos conduziram em uma Van novinha e com muita segurança até o hotel.
Chegando no hotel, assim que entramos em nosso quarto, tinha uma cartinha linda de boas vindas junto com um mimo... me senti, mais uma vez muito especial. Eu amo me sentir amada e cuidada... E a Roberta cuidou de mim e de toda minha família com muito carinho e afeto.
O Hotel é maravilhoso, amei toda a estrutura do mesmo. A alimentação muito gostosa, funcionários muito atenciosos... toda noite tinha um teatro para a criançada.
Com certeza essa foi a 1a de muitas outras viagens que fecharei com a R3 e a Roberta. EU SUPER INDICO.
I closed a trip with R3 to Pernambuco, at Samoa Resort with employee Roberta Whitaker. Roberta's service and attention were exceptional, from the beginning to the end of my trip. Starting with the price, I quoted this same trip in another company and the difference in values was blatant.
The transfer service was perfect, with polite people, who took us in a brand new and very safe van to the hotel.
Arriving at the hotel, as soon as we entered our room, there was a beautiful welcome letter along with a treat... I felt, once again, very special. I love feeling loved and cared for... And Roberta took care of me and my whole family with great care and affection.
The Hotel is wonderful, I loved the whole structure of it. The food was delicious, the staff were very attentive... every night there was a theater for the kids.
For sure this was the 1st of many other trips that I will close with R3 and Roberta. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
