Estou revisando a minha avaliação, pois entendo que eles tomaram ações que visaram corrigir o problema apontado na minha crítica anterior.
Frequento o restaurante mais de 3 vezes por semana e estou encontrando os sushis bem fresquinhos.
[AVALIAÇÃO ANTIGA]
Gostava bastante do restaurante e comia lá (ou pedia através do delivery) diversas vezes por semana.
Quando o sushi estava fresquinho, é imbatível.
Mas, frequentemente, quando eu comprava no final da tarde ou a noite, o sushi vinha ressecado e duro. Parece que ficou o dia inteiro na geladeira
Gosto bastante do estilo do restaurante. Poder chegar, já pegar a bandeja na geladeira e sentar para comer, é ótimo.
Realmente era fã do restaurante. Mas, quando recebo sushi ressecado e duro, não gosto. O arroz do uramaki simplesmente desmancha todo, fica todo quebradiço e não é a mesma coisa.
Da última vez que tentei pedir, perguntei ao restaurante que horas o sushi havia sido feito. Simplesmente se recusaram a responder a minha pergunta. Isso mostra uma falta de honestidade do local.
Querem ser desonestos, perderam um cliente.

I am reviewing my assessment, as I understand that they took actions to correct the problem pointed out in my previous review.
I go to the restaurant more than 3 times a week and I'm finding the sushi very fresh.

I really liked the restaurant and ate there (or ordered through delivery) several times a week.
When the sushi was fresh, it's unbeatable.
But often when I shopped in the late afternoon or evening, the sushi was dry and hard. Looks like it stayed in the fridge all day
I really like the style of the restaurant. Being able to arrive, already get the tray from the fridge and sit down to eat, it's great.
He really was a fan of the restaurant. But when I get dried and hard sushi, I don't like it. The uramaki rice simply melts all over, it becomes all crumbly and it is not the same thing.
The last time I tried to order, I asked the restaurant what time the sushi was made. They simply refused to answer my question. This shows a lack of honesty of the place.
They want to be dishonest, they've lost a customer.

A comida é feita na hora, e bem gostosa.
O único porém é que eram apenas 2 funcionários. Um rapaz, que era o responsavel pela preparação dos pedidos, e uma moça que se desdobrava para atender/limpar as mesas, cobrar, atender os entregadores do delivery.
O resultado já é o previsto: demora.
A casa nao tem capacidade para atender a lotação das mesas, infelizmente.
Número de funcionários claramente insuficiente.
Small restaurant, nice and clean. Few tables.
The food is freshly made and very tasty.
The only problem is that there were only 2 employees. A young man, who was responsible for preparing the orders, and a young woman who did her utmost to attend/clean the tables, collect, attend the delivery people.
The result is already expected: delay.
The house does not have the capacity to meet the capacity of the tables, unfortunately.
Clearly insufficient number of employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEMPRE A MESMA COISA, um dia nao entregam o pedido, no outro encerram 15 min mais cedo( 21:45) so para n atender pedidos, fecham ifood antes do horario informado, e alem do mais que TODA VEZ vem errado o pedido, piores reais gastos na vida.
ALWAYS THE SAME THING, one day they don't deliver the order, the next they close 15 min earlier (21:45) just to not take orders, they close ifood before the informed time, and besides that EVERY TIME the order comes wrong, worse real expenses in life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, not great. Tasty rolls, sushi, sashimi, the quality is clearly there. What upsets me a bit is the lack of such staple as hot green tea. Granted, it's now early summer in Brazil, so people crave cold drinks, but green tea is green tea... The rest was awesome, I'll check a few other places and will likely return here before it's time to go.
