Ainda sim vou ter minha primeira experiência na unidade do centro do Rio, na Rua Riachuelo, volto aqui para relatar meu atendimento.

Tive minha primeira experiência na rede, na unidade Bairro de Fátima, e deixo público meus parabéns. Fui extremamente bem atendida no WhatsApp da empresa e também presencialmente, a depiladora Jana do Bairro de Fátima é de extremo bom humor, delicadeza, profissionalismo. Por causa dela, cogito assinar o VIP. Recomendo demais, materiais todos descartáveis, funcionários muito solícitos e preocupados em agradar e cuidar dos clientes. Além dos protocolos do OMS sendo super bem seguidos! ?????? raro um atendimento completamente satisfatório nessa cidade. Obrigada, Pello Menos. Voltarei muito mais vezes!

I recommend the PEllo Menos on Riachuelo Street! Good service and speed. I don't recommend going on Saturdays because it gets crowded.

Já fui em outros lugares em que os pelos que não saíam com a cera eram removidos com pinça. Não é o caso da pello menos.
Mas o atendimento é bom, as pessoas são cordiais e o local é limpo.
I didn't like the experience. I did half a leg and came out with some hair still.
I've been to other places where the hairs that didn't come out with the wax were removed with tweezers. At least not the case.
But the service is good, the people are friendly and the place is clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela primeira vez nessa unidade, não sabia que tinha aqui por perto, encontrei no Google. O local é um pouco escondido, fica em um prédio e você sobe um lance de escadas e já chega. O ambiente é super limpo, climatizado e seguem todas as medidas de prevenção da covid. Gostei demais do atendimento, retornei outras duas vezes e não deixaram nada a desejar no serviço. Assinei o plano mensal deles, o que é uma maravilha tendo em vista o desconto. Recomendo demais essa unidade, virei cliente.
I went to this unit for the first time, I didn't know it was close by, I found it on Google. The place is a little hidden, it's in a building and you go up a flight of stairs and that's it. The environment is super clean, climate-controlled and all covid prevention measures are followed. I really enjoyed the service, I returned twice more and they left nothing to be desired in the service. I signed up for their monthly plan, which is wonderful considering the discount. I highly recommend this unit, I became a client.
